These are ok and make playing games fine. I feel like for the money spent I could have gotten better sound quality. The modes available are kinda pointless. If you’re ok spending the money to buy these spend, spend your money on a set not intended just for gaming and get the better sound.

The cushion pads have a tight grip on your ears, unfortunately there is no way to adjust this. Thankfully, the expansive audio tweaking options available via the official Turtle Beach App and within the headset itself greatly overshadows this minor inconvenience.

I liked that it has dual connections, so I could stream music from my phone through bluetooth, while simultaneously playing games and connecting wireless to my ps5. 3 months in the headset bricked. Turtle beach now has a bricked headset recovery tool for both PS and Xbox versions of the headset at the top of their support page. I ran it several times and no change or improvement, the headset is still a paperweight that will not turn on. Obviously they are having mass issues if they need to put out a hot fix recovery tool for all versions of this headset, too bad it didn't work to fix mine. I submitted a claim, but there is a notice about responses taking upwards of a week to hear back from support. Overall just poor experience with Turtle beach, wish I had purchased something different but I'm outside my return window.
