Took them back today. I’m done with Turtle Beach gaming headsets. I bought and returned 4 pairs of the Stealth 700 Gen 2 headsets and every pair was faulty. Good luck with Turtle Beach tech support getting back to you. Do yourself a favor and buy Astros or Steel Series headset.

I really liked the quality & feel of them & most definitely the sound for the PS5. This really sucks because i have tried multiple other headsets & i don’t like them so i just settled for the stealth 600’s for now. Hopefully they release a new update or a revised version of these headsets.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience; however, please try out the following with your Stealth 700 GEN 2:
Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.
This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing. After performing these steps, make an attempt at updating the headset and its USB transmitter via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS.
If you continue to have the same experience after going over the steps provided here; please know that our dedicated Support Team can assist you further with this under your product's warranty, and they can be reached right from the support section of the Turtle Beach website as needed.

I loved this headset for a short period of time.

This device continues to automatically disconnect & reconnect during game play. I reset the device and performed the software update and now the device won’t play music from my phone. previously i called take calls while playing the game through the headset. I now wish i had purchased the Sony ps5 headset… disatisfied customer…
