Had to return mine within 3 days due to malfunction. I tried powering it on one time and it didn’t turn on for about 10 minutes. Then once it did, the flip to mute mic didn’t work. Also one time my brother on the other end said that there was a loud white noise coming from my end.

Was finally recognized with another USB-C cable. Even said charging battery. Did the firmware update, found it odd that the PC thought it was a different name other than 700 Gen 2. Unplugged it after the update. Also found it odd that there were no audio options in the Turtle Beach software to adjust any settings. Plugged it into my other PC to charge near my PS5, noticed it didn't say battery charging and the light did not turn red. Left it for an hour to "charge" and found it dead. Would not turn on, I tried the resets online and nothing so I took it back for a refund. Best Buy was great about it. I will not be buying another Turtle Beach product. There are lots posts online with these same issues. Any time from out the box to a month later.
