With this wireless Turtle Beach gaming headset you definitely get both. Let's start with the sound quality. The speakers on this headset are amazing, the best word to describe them is crisp. The sound quality that this Turtle Beach provides is exactly what a gamer is looking for. The second part of the sound quality is the mic. The clarity that this TB mic provies is extremely good. I have never had someone ask me to repeat myself because everything that I say is heard loud and clear. The second trait you look for in a gaming headset is comfort. If you are true gamer, you will be playing for hours nonstop,so headset comfort is a must. The memory foam cushions on this TB headset are amazing. I can wear them for hours without any level of discomfort and my ears and head never get hot. An added bonus to this headset is the battery power on this headset. After every charge I have been able to use them for close to 20 hours each time. Since I do about 3 hours of gaming each time, that is almost a whole week without having to charge my headset. Overall, if you are looking to getting a new gaming headset for yourself or buying for someone else, I would highly recommend this TB Stealth 700 wireless gaming headset.
