    i have 2 sets of these. i bought one and my son bought one. the connection issues we were having with it popping and cracking was some times un bearable. both his and mine went out within 2 weeks of each other we both got new replacements and after 3 weeks mine is doing the same thing when you try to power it on. says battery hi. . . . . then turns off. two within a couple of months time is a little rediculous! taking it back and im never buying another turtle beach AGAIN!

    Connected one time when first opened package. Afterwards it would not connect to the transmitter. Even after updating and resetting the headphones they would not connect to the transmitter

    I’m always having to go through so much effort just to have it connect to its own dongle … I usually give up after a few tries of turning on/off the headset. I want to return it but bestbuy says that I can’t return it
