    Disappointing Product - Be Cautious

    Purchased and right out of the box, didn't quite seem up to par in sound quality, but good. Superhuman function is not clear and the hiss while not in game very bothersome, so that was always off. But overall worked well...till just around 40 days ( and return period over), the headset now will not turn on, respond to PC app, nothing...just a brick. Submitted for help from TB with nothing more than an email saying we will get back in 4-5 BUSINESS days.... not counting on this going any where, but there is hope! Ultimately, $150 most likely down the drain. Just be cautious is my recommendation.

    TV turns off for no reason because there is no aud

    Great headset, but the problem i am having when is headset is when I switch setting from chat to all audio my sony x900h turn off, with turtle beach elite 800 it does not because I have optic audio cable connected.

      This sounds like this is related to a setting on your TV. You'd want to check to ensure that your TV does not have any sort of Auto Power Off/Auto Shut Down feature turned on.

    Not worth the money for connection issues.

    This has problems linking to the USB dongle to start even using it on ps4. This was the upgrade to my playstation platinum headset where it would link up instantaneously. Otherwise, it feels amazing and the Bluetooth is good on the devices that support it.

    not impressed with the sound quality for the cost of these. This was purchased to replace the returned pair & while these are functional they aren't top quality. Interference, static is not what I expected from this product,

    They were very good until they broke the earpieces have like notches in it to keep them yeah so you can slide them up and down and mine just broke whatever catches and I just felt above my head all the time.

    Beware before taking home please

    Out of the box. It will require an update. With new advancements with tech, its great to use your new mobile device to access the apps for sound control. But if you require an update, you need a CPU or MAC to update the head set. That you want to use on a ps4. But I have a chromebook, with no CPU or MAC for this firmware update. Why can we not update thru the app we need to map the buttons? Or tailor your custom settings while getting the update. Hope this helps anyone else. Will be returning promptly.

      Windows or MacOS would be required for this headset. ChromeOS would not be able to be used to update the headset in any way. TurtleBeach

    Fuzzy noise in background, hard to connect, and squeezes you head very hard. The Bluetooth is nice but not ideal to wear a gaming headset to listen to music on your phone.

    Headset felt like it was meant for a child. Way too tight fitting and would not connect to console or pc consistently.

    One of the worst headsets I’ve ever used. Rarely easy to connect. Audio isn’t loud enough and headset speakers blew out after 4 months. Horrible headset.

    Started Having problems with them after the 1st month I have had no help with text support from turtle beach . Having to go through a whole bunch of stuff just to connect them every time

    Their some of the most fragile headphones I've encountered. Words of advice, do not leave these laying around they're definitely gonna break.
