    Worked for 1 week then stopped pairing to the dongle. Had less than 30 days to return it from date of purchase and it took a week for delivery.

    Not what I expected for the price

    Headphones seemed ok. Didn’t really think they were comfortable after a while. Also left side kept making a weird faint hissing sound.

    These headphones are very quiet when connected to bluetooth. When connected with the included transmitter, the sound is still pretty subpar. Not worth the price.

    Great while they lasted, but they quit pairing after 7 months. I had a similar problem with my Stealth 600 Gen 2.

    Not good. They brick after 3 days.

    Not a good product with PS5 . Returned the first pair I got after 3 days due to the headphones becoming unresponsive. They would not turn on. Tried to reset them and nothing . I returned the first pair and got another pair , 2 days later same thing non responsive. They were connected and charged . Going to return these and go with a different brand . I really liked them when they worked and tried to give them a chance but there is a bug or glitch that causes them to brick.

    TB’s rock! In store visit wasted HOURS of my time

    Product rocks. Stock in store is horribly tracked.. had to go to three different stores because they can manage their stock adequately.

    after 2 weeks this headset wont power on and wont charged it just died . went back to best buy hannover they said i dint purchaesd the insurance . so i have to go directly to turtle beach i did until now no reply . dont buy this turle beach stealt 700

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short. This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.

    They started off good , had them for 6 months and returned them eventually . Performance dropped drastically after multiple use .

    Worked for about a week then bricked wouldn’t power on or charge or anything, after getting less than a year out of the stealth 600 I’m steering clear from turtle beach now. Actually really liked the headset but after researching seems to be a common problem with them so went with an Astro instead... I’ve always had Turtle beach but I wouldn’t go with this one if you’re debating

    Great for three months, and then...

    Worked for three months and then stopped working. Performed all troubleshooting but no luck. While working, the headset takes forever to turn on. This wouldn't be a problem, except that they turn off after about ten minutes without use. Thus, it's kind of a hassle to use these.

    It’s great when it works... this headset lasted 2 weeks before it died.. afterwards, I found several blogs/articles on how the headset just dies and requires you to turn them in to turtle beach... there is an issue with the power supply that needs to be addressed... do not buy!!!

    Stopped charging - don’t buy

    I don’t use the headset that much. Over the span of a year and a half I used it about 10 times. I haven’t used it in about 6 months and it’s dead. Wont even charge. Tried multiple charge cables. Nothing. $150 down the drain. Don’t buy. I see a lot of people online with the same issue.
