    Very Expensive headset to be made out of cheap plastic. Headphones didnt even last 9 months. Ive owned a paid of ps headphones and they lasted years with out breaking! The mic dial doesnt work only lowers the volume butbyou cant make it higher.

    Only worked for a year! They just randomly stopped charging after cleaning the port which theres nothing in it i barely used them still no charge and just randomly stopped working it's only been a year i hope they replace them

    Horrible product. Purchased at Best Buy in Eubank, came out of the box from Best Buy unable to turn on unless plugged into the charger. Light and vocal cues state that the battery is full but will not work unless plugged into a power source. Updated to most current firmware and still defective battery. Going to return today. DO NOT PURCHASE!

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.

      This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing.

    Sadly, this device does not keep Bluetooth active and I am required to reinstall frequently so my sin is able to have his fellow players hear him. Stock is low in my local stores at the moment, which is why I bought this as a replacement to an older headset. I will be going back to the PS headsets as soon as they are back in stock.

      The Stealth 700 GEN 2 for PlayStation is a PlayStation headset. It would NOT offer any compatibility with the Xbox consoles in any way, shape or form. There is a completely separate headset for that console known as the Stealth 700 GEN 2 for Xbox if you are looking for an Xbox specific headset.

    Really bad headphones the sound keeps cracking bad and the microphone is bad all my friends say that my mic keeps breaking up. They said my old 20 dollar headphones sounded way better than these wich is sad lol

    Not good for PS5

    Not worth the money if you're getting it for the PS5. Game play volume is low and the mic is way to sensitive even after adjusting the settings and updating the firmware. I ended taking it back and went with the crossair everything is good now.

    Bluetooth issues with the headset

    Product no good while using it constantly telling me through Headset Bluetooth is on Bluetooth is off while gameplay while watching a movie just continue beeping not sure if it’s a defective item but will be returning back to Best Buy hopefully they’ll allow me to upgrade To the Astros a 50

    Picks up sounds across the house. Annoying for everyone involved as the mic sensitivity is through the roof. It says all over the internet that a firmware update fixes the issue. That was a lie in my experience. Nothing changed after updating firmware. Absolutely useless headset.

    Sound quality is slightly worse than those headphones you got on airplanes back in the early 2000s for free, with the external foam. Terrible. Super human sound mode just makes it even worse. Dont buy. Unless you liked those airplane headphones. You’ll love them in that case.

    This was just about plug and play out the box. I plugged the USB wireless transmitter to the back USB port of my PS4 Pro, and power on the headset, power on my PS4, and set the settings for the turtle beach to all audio under audio devices, and that’s it! I’ll only use this for gaming for the time being mostly as I have my own Bluetooth audio earphones for my iPhone and so on. But the audio is mind blowing; superb and clear - much better than all the wired audio headsets that I’ve own. Comes fully charged outside the box as you have a female voice indicator saying the battery level is high. Played the last of us 2 and need for speed heat; truly great crisp clear surrounding audio with great bass. Audio controls for game audio and mic on the side for easy adjusting. This, this will be the gaming headset for me and for all of us. No wires to worry about or hooking up to the DualShock analog 3.5mm port. I’ll need to see if there is a case for this headset but the box for now will do. Turtle beach is the ultimate gaming brand and thus so far trying out this product for just about a half hour of my time, quality and perfection is defined in their products based on this experience. Looking forward to using this when the new PS5 comes out as well.

    Connected it after buying it and immediately was lagging some audio so i had to return and look for a better audio headphones. I just ended up for the Sony Extra Bass for about a $50 difference and with way better audio quality and little to no lag.

    i did not like the fact that i was not able to control the voice chat volume like the first generation 700 and the sound was not all there the the first gen , maybe someone esle would like it but i didnt,

      Thanks for your feedback. Please know that due to changes Sony made on the end of their PS5 console; there would be no way to adjust Game and Chat volume separately on the Stealth 700 GEN 2. This is simply a limitation of what the console itself is able to do.

    Do not buy !!!! I brought these Saturday today is Sunday.I used them Saturday,worked fine.Sunday they we’re charged all night.They won’t even turn on even with the hard reset.Luckily I’m within 30 days because this is terrible

    Dont buy these onto my second pair and they bricked in literally a day they just dont turn on ecen aftwr firmware updates really good when it does work but i've already gone through 2 and my buddy as well
