    Real piece of garbage. Worked great until they didn't work at all. Seems to be common with turtle Beach. Wont be buying them anymore. Worked for about a month.

    I have had to replace 4 of these!!! The bluetooth stops working and then the entire headset will not turn on or off.

    You can not adjust the game chat volume separately from the game sound so it’s hard to hear the people you are playing with over the game

      Thanks for your feedback! As you mentioned, the Stealth 700 GEN 2 for PlayStation does not provide independent game and chat volume controls. Please understand that this is due to a limitation of the audio the PlayStation 4 and 5 consoles are capable of outputting via their USB ports. Depending on the game you're playing, there may be an ingame menu option to adjust Chat Volume

    In my opinion they are good for PS4 but after trying to use Bluetooth on my phone sound was very hard to hear very poor so I return them for another brand

    The plastic joint between the earpad and headband broke after 5 months. Poorly made. They only back their products for 30 days. Garbage!

    TRASH don’t waste your money. . .use them for a day and hated them from the sound to the fitment the 800 are way better and out of this world

    Mic doesn't work out the box

    Microphone does not work out of the box. Messed around for 2 hours yesterday trying to get it to work and no luck. Will be returning today

    One of the lesser quality headsets I have owned. The sound from these is sub par at best, and the mic produces a horrible echo

    Lasted one month. Right ear speaker audio was lower and distorted before finally conpletely quit working.

    Really good headset. I ended returning the headset because it completely died after 2 days. Went with the SteelSeries Arctis 7P

    Bricked by firmware after a month. Gen 1 works great. Gen 2 is a high priced paper weight.

      Please attempt the restore process for the Stealth 700 GEN 2 for PlayStation that we have listed within the Support Section of our website or reach out to our Support Team for assistance with that process via the Support Form on the same site. The team would be happy to guide you through that process in an effort to restore your headset back to normal.     This gaming headset is perfect. It was super easy to connect via bluetooth and so comfortable. I can use these headphones to play games on all day because of how comfortable it is. It does not start to hurt my ears after wearing them for a long time like some other headsets do. The sound quality is great when you're talking on the mic or playing with other people online. You can hear the sound loud and clear even when the person next to you has the headset on. I l also love how the mic can be pulled out when you want to use it or put back in its slot when you are not using it. What a great idea.

      We are sorry to hear about your experience. Please know that a firmware update was released some time ago for this model headset that would clear up the static you made mention of. You would simply need to update the headset and its transmitter to the newest firmware via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS as instructed within the product's user guide.

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.

      This may clear up what you are experiencing. After performing these steps, make an attempt at updating the headset via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS.
