    Terrible headset. 2 units bricked in the first 2 weeks. Dont buy these.

      We’re sorry to hear about your experience; however, please try out the following with your Stealth 700 GEN 2:

      Press and hold down the Bluetooth Pairing Button + Mode Button on your headset for 20 seconds. This is a very long press, please make sure that you do not release it early, holding it down too long is better than too short.

      This should hard reset the headset and may clear up what you are experiencing. After performing these steps, make an attempt at updating the headset via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS.

    My husband needed a new headset for his PS4, and Turtle Beach is always his go to brand. He's never wanted to try a wireless headset, because he feels that the need to charge it would be a pain. He decided to give this one a chance and man was he happy! The noise cancellation alone is totally worth it to him. He likes to play adventure games like Uncharted and The Last of Us, so he needs to listen to what's going on all around the game. That's not easy to do with a wife and kids in the background, but now he can't even hear us. I'm not sure if I like it! :) I was trying to talk to him from the kitchen and I could not get his attention without physically standing in front of him. He also likes to play the online Call of Duty, and he said that he's never been able to hear everything so clear from the people that he's playing with. Their conversations are crystal clear, there's no interference and he can still hear the game activity going on around him. He also loved the fact that the mic mutes every time he pushes it up, so he doesn't have to find the actual control like he did with his old headset. We had a little issue getting the headset to pair initially, as the PS4 didn't recognize that it was a device, but after changing the receiver to the other USB port the console recognized it and we haven't had any issues since. I think that's probably more of an issue with the PS4 itself, because it's definitely in need of upgrading, but it was the only downside so I figured I'd include it in case anyone else has the same problem. Overall, GREAT high quality sound from games and music, and crystal clear chat communication have totally changed my husband's mind about having a wireless headset - I don't think I could bribe him to give this one up. Definitely recommend this for any true gamer in your life!

    One Major Flaw for PlayStation Version

    Honestly, as far as quality and sound go this headset is absolutely perfect. The biggest issue for me is that the PlayStation version of this headset doesn’t let you control THE CHAT AND GAME VOLUME separately. However, the Xbox version does. For some reason the PlayStation version has a “chat/audio mix” meaning the chat and game volume is controlled with one volume wheel. Very Disappointing. Pros: Quality Sound Bluetooth Comfort Mic Audio hub mobile app Cons: Chat/Game volume can’t be controlled separately. Charging cable is only like 2ft

      Please know that this is due to a limitation on the end of the PS console regarding how they handle their Game and Chat Audio. The console is only capable of outputting a single Audio Stream via its USB ports, which is the primary output source that this headset uses. There'd be no way to split Game and Chat Audio in to separately adjustable channels on this PS model. TurtleBeach

    Coming from a Astro A50 user, these headphones are way cheaper and provide a quality sound and the functionality of the buttons without having to plug into a pc is very helpful and useful. The cups going over the ears make these very comfortable for hours of gaming. So far been on 3 days of gaming for about a total of 10 hours in total and still have yet to charge them.

    Disconnects 3+ times an hour

    This headset has great sound quality, build quality and it’s comfortable. That’s where the greatness stops. I use this headset with an Xbox series S and it disconnects probably 3+ times an hour, at the most in opportune times. Without rhyme or reason, it just disconnects, and I have to reboot it.

    Solid PS5 headset for price range

    Comfortable fit w/ the cooling ear pads. Can wear for hours without issues w/ pain and discomfort as well as w/ glasses. Great battery life. Sound is solid w/ really good bass. Overall great headset for price. Definitely would recommend.

    These are the best headphones that I've ever owned up until this point! The sound clarity is really good and while I'm online I am told that I sound really clear! My last set of headphones, I've always had problems with people not being able to hear me and they're wired. I love how you can adjust the volume the treble and bass on these headphones, which is definitely something I like to do! They are extremely comfortable, you can wear them for long periods of time and they have a very good charge if you're a gamer and play for hours like myself. So far, I haven't had a problem with disconnecting in the middle of my game or while I'm online. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who wants a wonderful gaming experience!
