Store I bought it at was extremely helpful when finding the headset in the store from looking at it online over y'all an awesome experience and a killer buy

The only issue I have with them is that the headset requires a dongle for both the Xbox and computer so you have to switch the dongle from the Xbox to the computer. I would prefer if you just needed to use the dongle on the computer and not the Xbox.

The warranty is one year, and it happened the day before the warranty expired. By the time i researched the warranty period and procedure, i missed it by a day. for $200 headphone, there needs to be a bit more durability. Shame on Turtle Beach for cutting those corners. A week ago i would recommend them. not so much anymore.

However, having difficulty hearing my game party when my phone is paired with the headset. I can hear my phone but not my team. I disconnected my phone from the headset and I was still unable to hear my team.
