She absolutely loves them and has been using them every single day. I see her making moves in BO6 that she never did before because she can finally hear things she didn't realize could be heard.

They make no sense. I should have gone with the cheaper version. Also, after about an hour my ears hurt. They connect quickly and sound nice, but i cannot easily balane the volume of my game and chat volume.

My husband also bought the exact same one. We were both having problems with the headphones connecting to our PCs. Found out it was connecting to my bfs PC instead of mine. It was continuing disconnecting from mine to his and vice versa. If you have a partner using the same headphones. I recommend not to use them in the same room or buy different ones. It had great audio, though. Sad to say, we are having to return them.

I would love to make adjustments to the EQ, but the companion app will not detect the headset so I can’t. I like the look and feel of my Astro A30 headphones more so I will be returning this headset.

Great yet not the best... But enough

I suggest that you don't turn up the bass too much in the EQ because they are very powerful. I did it and hurt my ears for a few days (my fault).
