These headsets :pair to the first available dongle" they see. Me & my fiance's xbox's are 30' apart im literally inches from my xbox with my headset same for hers and when we turn them on they still cross pair and 15 mins later playing blues clues we finally get them to be on the right unit. Had to learn to only turn on one xbox or reach into diffcult areas to unplug the dongle from the back so the other person can turn on their headset and pair first then plug in or turn on 2nd unit and do the same. For such a large company selling so many headsets you think they would want households to own multiple and have pre thoguth this out but nope. 0 out of. 5 stars if i could. after 1 week of this we return it wasnt worth the effort.

The warranty is one year, and it happened the day before the warranty expired. By the time i researched the warranty period and procedure, i missed it by a day. for $200 headphone, there needs to be a bit more durability. Shame on Turtle Beach for cutting those corners. A week ago i would recommend them. not so much anymore.
