i love this headset. that being said, i have had to use the warranty on many turtle beach headsets. i've only had this one 4 months. the game/chat audio wheel has quit working. i can still adjust it via the phone app. hopefully, that will be the only problem it has. trying to hold out until the warranty gets close and then swap it out for a new one. frustrating!!

Quality sound was good but the comfort wasn’t the best.

Ive had an issue with turtle beach falling apart. They sent me a whole brand new pair and had no problems since. Wanted a new pair saw these and had to have them. They are super comfortable.

Overall they are pretty good. I bought these to replace an old Turtle Beach 600 that started cutting out and these cut out too but not as bad. When they are connected they work really well.
