Excellent Quality. I just wish that I can increase the volume a little more that what it maxes out at.

Bought it as a gift and they loved it !!!! Highly recommend this product it works great. Almost a year with it and no problems at all.

i just wish the battery lasted a bit longer and it had more of a $150 feel it feels cheap but the engineering is excellent so i can’t complain too much

The sound coming out of the headsets is great. The mic is way less impressive than its previous models. Friends had a hard time hearing me. I really enjoy the longer mic and the dual sound adjustment. Game sound & Mic/conversation, i look for that feature and its sad that Im going to move to another company to get the quality i need in the headphones

Sound is great. Some of the sticky cushion has already started coming off after just a week though.

Headset was great comfortable for long periods of play unfortunately mine started having static disappointing that a Best Buy agent from geek squad told me to bring them in for another pair just to find out after I make the 20 min drive that they couldn’t do that for me even though over the phone I did bring up the purchase date

I am using this for conference calls. The primary reason I bought this unit is the manual mic monitor. In the phone world this is called sidetone and helps with listening fatigue when on the phone for hours per day. On the computer with Teams it works well. On the phone with Bluetooth it works just as well but with my iPhone XR the Bluetooth artifacts for 5 or 10 seconds every 20 or 30 minutes. Not great. The mic monitor/active noise cancellation toggle current setting isn’t really obvious from the beeps. You can use the phone app to validate what the settings actually are, though. The build quality isn’t amazing. It is entirely plastic and may not last a long time. This is the PS4 version and doesn’t guarantee compatibility with computers, but the dongle has worked with 4 different Windows PCs just fine so far. Windows 10 has USB audio support natively so there is no installation to get basic functionality and no admin rights needed (important for work computer). The settings that can be changed in the PC app can also be changed in the phone app, so the PC app isn’t really important.

We own a set for the Xbox and got these for the ps4. We love them! I would recommend getting the extended warranty especially if kids will be using them.

Overall good , but battery life can be better especially for paying that much on a video game device.

My son has this headset for his PS4 and his Xbox One. Clear sound and good microphone. I like how moving the mic up automatic mutes headset.

These still hold up strong!! Wish the charge was a little longer but very good regardless.

Play station is the best but with this gear i am rocking surround sound as well,.

Purchased this for 15 year old and he never takes them off. He uses them for not only gaming but music on his phone as well. He says the sound is crystal clear.

These are great gaming headphones. The sound quality is amazing. I like that you can just flip the mic up to mute. Easy to setup and battery life seem good.
