This has great sound quality, great for the Fortniters... only problem have to from time to time reconnect it.

These things are horrendous! 1. Sound Quality “abysmal” 2. Strength of Connection “lacking” 3. Bluetooth “eh, could be worse” 4. Build Quality “Plastic, oh well” 5. Game Audio “Crackling” 6. Chat Audio “Fading, Popping Noise” 7. Design “isn’t too shabby” 8. Super Hearing “Muddy Audio” 9. DTS 7.1 “Decent” This headphone is horrid, even with its firmware update and all. This headphone shouldn’t of been allowed out. Should of kept with the 500 and 520 if this was the case.

If my review was based solely off comfort it will be 5 stars. I am only giving 2 stars because the audio with this headset constantly cuts out. This is very annoying when playing games such as call of duty when hearing turns all situations in your favor. Definitely not worth the price tag. I do not recommend.

Not as happy as I should be for the price of this item. The battery does not seem to last very long. And what disappoints me is you cannot plug in the charging cable and use the headset at the same time. The sound is great and the range is also pretty good but the battery problem I would not recommend this product.

I bought these thinking it would be an upgrade to my Sony Gold headset. I was mistaken. It was harder to tell directionally where people were in first person shooters, and not that easy to increase/decrease the chat sound versus game sound. Also my friends I play with said my voice wasn’t coming in as clear as before. I returned these and went back to my 5 year old Sony headset which was $50 cheaper

A little heavy and cumbersome was my first thought. But they weren't as bad as i thought. Little tinny to sound quality, but overall I would buy again.

Sound quality isn’t bad and durability is nice, but cuts in and out.

I love this headset! They work and sound amazing! I get people asking if I’m a streamer because the mic sounds perfect. The charge will last up to 10 hours. So don’t forget to charge them on those long streaming days.

Has issues connecting after ps4 is on already and then the headset is turned on. Great on everything else

These new head phones are perfect. Easy to not brake them due to the flexibility of the ear phones. Much better than the Sony Sony PS4 headset. Thos is what Sony should model their next headset after.

Great sound quality and microphone use! But have trouble with the Bluetooth connecting occasionally. Still would recommend

It works great on my PS4 but will cut in and out when I use it with my cellphone.

Pretty good head set and the service was good yes I would recommend this headset and shopping at best buy!

Bought this as a replacement for my son, he loves everything about it except he can’t hesr himself talk, might be a setting.

These headphones are my favorite out of all I’ve tried. Only issue is the isolated group volume doesn’t work sometimes.

These headphones are just wicked good, plain and simple. Great battery life and clarity.

Somewhat spendy. These headphones replaced a simulator pair that broke. They work fine, just expensive.
