It constantly cuts in and out. Like it loses connection. I've tried everything and even contacted turtle beach. They sent me a replacement as well. Still does the same thing. I'm using a PS4. BEWARE. Then out of no where they started turning off mid game. I play warzone and it would be getting tense and right when your squad is getting ready to ambush a team the headset would just straight up TURN OFF......DUDE NOT COOL. The sound is like having ur head in a can with someone banging on the can. You can not adjust the sound levels like you can with the Turtle Beach PX4's. The comfort level is horrible and then the mic started cutting out and my teammates couldnt hear me clearly calling out the enemy team. This headset will leave you vulnerable in the game and $150 less in ur wallet. So do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET. I will be using my PX4's until I can save up for Astros or Hyper X's. I will not buy a NEW turtle beach ANYMORE.
