Thought this was an upgrade but the sound wasn't as good as my older set the Stealth 520s

Bluetooth interference, can’t control when to turn it on or off with the PS4. Mic is too far, people can’t barely hear me when I have the mic volume at the max. Very disappointing compared with the basic PS4 headset, considering the price paid for the turtle beach.

Good headphones app doesn't work for other settings.

Absolutely positively the worst headset I've ever spent money on...battery capacity is horrible, sound goes in and out and bluetooth range is maybe 5-6 ft.....oh and worst part, I bought them in March of 2020 and its July 1st of 2020 and they dont work anymore!!!!!

One on the worst mic I ever owned. So much soud static and cutoffs .

Worked fine at first but the sound stopped working after less than a month of use. The good news was that I bought a warranty and got a new pair of astros! Staff was so nice and it only took a few minutes. They were very busy but they were so nice and patient!

Would be a very good headset, but the audio cuts out every few minutes. I followed the support docs and nothing they recommend worked. If you search you will find a lot of people with the same issue. Buyer beware! Will be returning.

Christmas present for my son. In use for about 13 days & the microphone has quit working. For the price total junk & a disappointment! Purchased several Turtle Beach products that performed to standard, upgrading has proven to be an expensive mistake.

I switched from the Sony PlayStation headset to these and the sound quality was really bad. Sometimes I have restart the headset because friends in party chat complain about static noise. Would not recommend.

I own turtle Beach headset before and love the superhuman setting on my Elite 800. But the 700 I didn't like so I sold Mine. The sound on the 700 was so bad it Literally sounded like if you have speakers in a can!

It sound like you are hearing it from someone else mic echoing and you hear your own voice to loud. App doesn't work properly either. It's a no bueno from me. Buy the stealth 400x which is still working amazing.

Loving the headseat. Was easy to set up (a plus.) The sound is amazing. And they were very comfortable to wear which is key for long term game play. That said, the headset are for my teen who remarked about the sound quality and was happy she can now walk around and play and not be tied to her PS 4. Plus she can still answer her phone. Win-Win for us.

Didn’t like the headphones. Cheaply made and had a low volume and echo. And to top it off when i went to take them back to i couldn’t return them because it was past 30 days.

Stopped working properly after 2 weeks. Now they just cut in and out during game play. All audio is silent without warning.

I didn't realize my PS4 games were broadcasting in surround sound until I started wearing this headset. I like to wind down after a long day playing a game of Call of Duty or Madden NFL on our family's PS4 after putting the kids to bed for the night.  The kids can hear me playing video games from their rooms and won't go to sleep unless I mute the sound or am wearing a headset.  This headset has really worked out great for me not only in being able to be stealthy about playing video games without waking my children up at night but by also providing a level of sound quality that is superior to what was otherwise being projected from the speakers on my television. We don't have a home theater set up with surround sound ourselves. So, I've really been enjoying being able to use my Turtle Beach headset to experience watching movies and playing video games in surround sound on my family's PS4 using the Stealth 700 wireless headset. From my experience both the noise cancellation and surround sound features have worked incredibly well and the battery life has been remarkable. I'd highly recommend this headset!

I had the headset for a month and they are being replaced by the company. The price is too high to have this problem.

I got these for my son who is an avid PS4 and PC gamer. As soon as he put this headset on he immediately commented on the sound quality. He loves that they are Bluetooth and wireless which means he can use them with his phone and walk around the house in addition to playing on his gaming systems. He has needed a stellar headset with amazing surround sound and now he's found them and couldn't be happier! He's happy so I'm happy!

The speakers have a popping sound and gaming online everybody says my chat makes high pitch noise after every word

Sounds starts cutting off once in a while, literally my third time returning a headset. I don’t understand

I can’t wait to return it. Sound cuts out regularly, both game and chat. Very inconsistent.
