The head set was nice. They fit comfortably. But for the price they didn't sound to great. Instead of surround sound, they sounded like a regular headset.

The sound quality is amazing compared to others I have gotten. A pro is that it's wireless so nothing gets in your way and you don't tug on it.

I loved my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 headset when I purchased it. I used them on my PS4. They're wireless, have decent sound and reasonably priced. However, after 6 months the headset became disconnected from the USB transmitter. I followed the FAQ on the Turtle Beach website and paired the bluetooth. They worked for another week before becoming disconnected again. Ever since, the two refuse to pair. I've contacted support but they gave me the same troubleshooting as the website. Unfortunately they are out of warranty so Turtle Beach has no recommendations. Make sure you research this headset before purchasing. Now that I've searched the forums, this seems common and this is one of the top FAQ on their website.

I have purchased 2 of these one for my wife 2years ago and now one for myself about 6 months ago I really want to like this headset it's comfy it's easy to use wireless without having a USB stick to plug in is nice but I just can't recommend this to anyone anymore for the audio issues they constantly have a crackling noise and or are cutting out nothing helps and the support team at TB are garbage I would just look at something else don't waste your money

its great the only thing is the girl in the pic doesn't have her controller on so i think she might be on smh

These things for the price I got of 120 were complete garbage turtle beach has fallen off hard, it has a very low battery life it only lasts 4 hours or so, very very cheap quality almost the whole headset is crappy plastic and oh don’t get me started on sound it’s legit the worst sound quality I’ve heard in any sound device I’ve heard better cheap earphones than this. I wouldn’t recommend this product to even the most casual gamer

The only way to update this headset's firmware is by connecting it to a device that has Windows 7 (or newer) or Mac OS 10.12 (or Newer). If you're somebody who only owns, say, mobile Android or iOS devices, not only are you left unable to update the headset's firmware, but the available and update-to-date mobile app (Turtle Beach Audio Hub) does not provide a mobile means for implementing the headset's current firmware update. The first-party Turtle Beach Audio Hub app can be downloaded to and launched on Android and iOS devices, but manipulation of any of its features is impossible when the app recognizes (via Bluetooth) that the headset's firmware is not up-to-date. Without the headset firmware update, this headset DOES still work with the PS4/PS4 Pro. However, I need to make it abundantly clear that the audio quality available without the firmware update installed is extremely poor. Before purchasing the Stealth 700, I had been a long-time user of Turtle Beach headsets. This was the first wireless Turtle Beach product I've purchased. After this product experience, I plan to return to exclusively using wired headsets/microphones and continue to supplement their audio rendering quality with first and third-party in-line amplification devices.

The sound is good and the battery last a long time but after 4 days a peice of plastic close to the muff broke off and it looks like it might fall apart, very fragile. Ill try the 700s but after that will never get turtle beach after this.

I've had these for over 4 weeks and every single game, these things cut out so horribly that I have to basically reboot them. Never had an issue with my PS4 headset, just this thing. Save your money. Oh, and their app is garbage!!!

Sound always cuts out. Doesn't matter if you update the firmware, or you stand far away from the router, or you are using it on your phone, PC, or PS4. This thing will always cut out and make your experience terrible. A lot of money to pay for something that barely works.

I bought this headset and not even a week later the speakers are making a crackling sound, I can't walk more than 5 feet from my ps4 before they start cutting out, and to top it off turtle beach stopped answering me.

This is by far the worst headset that I have ever owned. The mic just randomly stops working and the sound cuts in and out all game long. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to start using it or I would have returned it before the 30 days.

i will never buy another set of turtle beaches age these are a knock off version of of astros a20, they changed the aux input to turn of the wireless function, this product is a down grade from 520 and a step in the wrong direction

I bought this a month ago. Already broken. Head band cushion peeled off. Bluetooth stopped connecting. Basically threw away $140. DO NOT BUY THIS

It won't pair to my headphones and can't hear anything, will never buy anything turtle beach makes that is wireless.
