This headset started malfunctioning pretty soon after purchase. It was like a fifth of the cost of the ones I have now so it’s fine I guess, but the connection of microphone to headset had a very low life span.

Didn't come with a split adaptor for pc. (Mic and headphone jack) had to use my own. Very hard material on top head portion hurt the head very quickly . did not enjoy this product went back to using my Logitech g 430

I really dislike the headphone jack on headphones I believe they should all be wireless ends up distorting the port and you have to buy a new controller to keep using the headphones

Very low audio quality. If you want something that works then this is it. Would not recommend it for a pro. Never got the chance to use the mic because it didn’t work and I returned it got something else.

Looks really nice but I had to brought it back after three months because you couldn’t hear your friends when you playing video games. I get another one it does the same thing.

theres better ones all depend on how much u want to spend ,i ended on getting my son another on and better one for a lil bit more money

I bought this Headset Nov 8, 2018. Within the first couple of weeks I was having issues with the right earphone not working. it cuts in and out a lot but mostly doesn't work at all. And now just about 3 months after purchasing it the game volume no longer comes thru the headset.. I tested with a pear of earphones and the game volume goes to the earphones so i don't know why it doesn't go to the turtle bay headset. It's just broken.

Got to keep buying same product less then a year. Has a lot of problems with mic. People can’t hear you on other side.

Although the headset says that it is compatible with the PS4, it does not work very well with it. Other players could not hear me through the microphone, and I tested it and it does not come through. I tried it with another headset and was still having the same problem.

Not my Favorite tbh returned after a week, bulky not that comfortable tbh and sound isn't all that.

I got head set when I got new xbox x in Nov, and bybeging of April I had to go buy a different one

Used these once and headset had to much echo that the noise made the gaming experience lousy.

Friends said that the mic sounded more trash than a party chat headset. sound is ok

It worked great in the beginning but is now cutting out only after a few weeks of use.

This item did not last. I will return it and see if anything changes.

I bought this as a gift for my son have no idea how the product is but it is still working but because of Best Buys policies I suggest you read the fine print on the warranties and their price match because they don't price match and warranty everything

This is the second one that we bought, The first one only lasted 6 months, I thought maybe it was just a fluke so we bought another and it only lasted a month. Turtle beach has been easily to work with and is going to replace item, But it will just be a back up, we have switched brands.

I have bought 7 of these headsets for my kids within the last 6 months and after a couple months of use, the sound on one side keeps going out. So annoying. Finally splurged on a Sony headset and we're going almost 2 years strong.

Two Turtle Beach headsets purchased and both stopped working after two months. Both of these headsets stopped working after the wire to the plug became lose. Started as static then completely stopped working. The wires in the cord are very thin and cheap.

So I finally got around to opening the box, and much to my surprise, they left the microphone out of it. And since it was still factory sealed, it was only done by the seller. Obviously there is no quality control.
