Bought these headphones on Black Friday 2018, lasted until about December of 2019. Not worth it. Just buy a better brand instead of rebuying turtle beaches every year.

I got this headset on Black Friday to replace my old on turtle beach set that was starting to have a bad feedback noise. I haven't had this set long but it seems to work fine for a lower priced model with no extras. The only complaint I have is that the chord is a bit short. Overall I find the sound quality good, they are comfortable, and it is nice the mic is detachable.

These headphone broke mine and my husbands ears and surrounding area breakout in hives and redness which sent us to the hospital... Definitely don't suggest anyone buy These!!!!

These headphones work great, but would not recommend purchasing. My son developed a painful, burning rash around his ears after using them.

These were a REPLACEMENT from a better set of headphones and the audio is already gone, just 1 month!

I’ve had these for maybe a year, they are okay. They do the job but tend to have problems while playing. Be careful with these

Couldn’t get the microphone to work on this, Returned so that I can shop around for a better headset.

Lots of static and echoes , everybody i played online with could hear the glitches .

The headsets work when they want to but microphone does not work at all.

I bought this as a gift for a friend, and he quite liked it so I went back & bought another for myself. I was quite surprised at the quality you get for the price you pay. This headset has fantastic sound quality & does a great job of noise cancellation. My only complaint upon using it for the first time is that it can be kind of snug, but I got used to it & now have no problem with it. I do wish that you had the option to put the mic on either the left or right ear, as I'm used to having it on the right ear. And I sometimes find myself wishing I could move the mic up like you can with other headsets. It's fixed in place on this one, so that's not on option. Overall though, I'm really satisfied with this product & would definitely buy it again for another gift or when I need to replace mine.

Replaced my Turtle Beach XO one these are much more comfortable and on sale for $40.

You’re supposed to be able to use these while plugging them directly into the 3.5mm port on the Xbox controller. Yeah. It works but god forbid you move the cord or accidentally tap the connection or set the controller down. The connection will go out and then you have to move the cord to get it working again.

The headset is great, exactly as I expected, a side note... that long-haired boy in the product pictures is gorgeous.

This headset, out of box, is meant to plug and play for consoles. Seeing as it was for "PC" as well, I ordered this product. Upon plugging it into my new gaming PC, I found out the hard way that I needed a "PC Splitter Cable." Upon reviewing the Best Buy website and calling my local store, Best Buy does not SELL the correct cable to make this TRULY compatible with PC to get the full use from the headset. I should have researched more headsets, but I feel the description was misleading.

I've never been disappointed with a Turtle Beach headset. Highly recommended.
