Good if you don’t use for xbox

I was looking for cheap headset that I could use across platforms. In order to use on Xbox you need a 40 dollar audio controller making the headset 90 bucks. So might as well get 100 dollar headset.

Mic Died After 1 Month
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought for my son for Christmas to replace his old set of the same model that lasted for 2 years before the sound went out in one side. That’s reasonable enough. This set lasted less than a month before the mic has almost completely gone out. It fades in and out and for a kid that likes to play XBox Live with his friends I’m constantly hearing him yell because his friends can’t hear him half the time. Had I known it wasn’t going to last like the old set I wouldn’t have bothered.

Absolute Trash
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Right out of the box, these don't work. Might get audio for 10 seconds then it quits working. Mic does not work either. Not the first time this has happened with Turtle Beach headsets for me.
