The picture and color is much more pronounced and colors are like real with this calibration, works wonders on the eyes.

I was really excited to take my TV to a new level of picture quality and decided to book the service. After having trouble booking online, I contacted customer support for assistance, to which I was told the booking system was down and to try again in a few days. Fast forward to a week later of trying, call support again, only to be told I must pay for the service before booking. Weird, but ok. So I paid the money and was told I would hear from someone in 24 to 48 hours to book the appointment. Great! Then a week went by with no call. Reached out to support again, was assured someone would call the next day, no call. Called back one last time, was promised a booking call same day, nothing. I called back the next day to cancel the order and was not even asked why. They did not care. You would think for a $250 service on a TV, they would put a little more effort. I spent 3k on a TV from Best Buy and tried to give them more, but had no interest in that. I'm extremely disappointed with the service level given and the lack of effort to retain business. I will go elsewhere from now on

You need to properly calibrate your new TV. It's a "no brainer" to ensure crisp and colorful pictures.
