    Our TV calibration appointment was cancelled due to Covid. This service has not yet been completed. We are not upset at all because we understand the current circumstances and do not want staff to be put at risk or our family. However, we are looking forward to when this service can be fulfilled. We have not been contacted for reschedule and when we’ve reached out have been told Best Buy is not currently scheduling these appointments. Thank you.

    Appointment for afternoon since I work night shift, guy knocked on the door at 8:30 am and tried to leave quickly with “customer didnt answer”. Calibrated the The SDR modes of my tv but said they aren’t trained nor have equipment for the HDR mode that I tune myself. I got a discount on the service and I use add quite a bit for games and certain shows so that’s why the “fair” rating otherwise would be poor

    Not all that happy with the Calibration service. Tech didn't ask me how I'd like my TV Calibrated and only calibrated one mode and didn't do the other modes, nor HDR as well. It felt like a waste of time, I would have been very upset if I paid full price from such a lazy job. The tech was very nice and showed up on time though.
