    They haven’t set up the calibration.

    They didn’t come to calibrate the tv said they didn’t have any openings. Wouldn’t set up appointment. I think they have a poor service

    The technician explained that the calibration will not resolved the situation . The tv looks opaque. He said that the picture was as is.

      If we weren't able to complete the work on that TV calibration, please call us at (800) GEEKSQUAD or (800) 433-5778 so we can work on refunding you. if the issue with your television requires a repair, we can also check to see if we can get that repair done for you.

    Nobody showed up for this appt. have been trying to schedule since March. This is not typical Best Buy service

    Was not happy. I call the geek squad and trying on line to make an apt and they were not able to help me.

    I paid for callibration when I bought the TV. It has not yet been performed. I would like to schedule.
