I was reminded the day before the scheduled visit they were coming. That morning, after loading their vehicles, I was called and given an estimate time of arrival. 20 minutes before they arrived, I was called and advised again. No surprises. The crew (2 men) moved a wall mounted 65 inch TV from one room to another. Then wall mounted a new 55 inch TV to the first wall. My crew was courteous, professional, helpful by providing advice and recommendations, friendly, and patient. The TVs are placed where we wanted, level, connected to all the devices that TVs are connected to. IOW totally operational when they were done. I will not have any reservations to call the Geek Squad for this type work.

Techs were fantastic and very professional. Very personable and quick. Definitely worth it to take the stress out of install, and you can just enjoy that TV!

Best Buy outsourced this to a local company. The workers were efficient, tidy, helpful, and knowledgable. My TV was up and running in less than an hour. Clean work and great install.

The two agents were very helpful and courteous. Very happy with the installation and they removed all of the packaging for the TV, mounts etc. I purchased HDMI cables ahead of time to reduce the chance of needing to buy one from the installers. I bought 10 ft cables for a "full motion TV mount" and thought that would be long enough and it turns out, we needed a 12 ft HDMI cable to ensure it was long enough. I was able to purchase it from my technician and I am happy for the convenience, but I wish I was given guidance ahead of time that a 10 ft cable wouldn't be long enough and should try to shop for a 12 ft one on my own. I also purchased the recommended Sanus In Wall Cable Concealment kit. The kit only has 2 power outlets at the top. I wish Sanus would provide one that has 4 potential outlets. What we had to do in order to power the TV, Apple TV, and Soundbar was to go out and buy a splitter to make the 2 outlet ports into 3. Thankfully our technician gave us a heads up mid-install and we were able to quickly run out and get one of these adapters. Another item that I think should be strongly recommended to be purchased ahead of time since I'm sure this may be a common scenario for other clients. Overall, very happy with how everything turned out and glad I went with Geek Squad for this work.

I'm one that prefers to do things myself but did have Geek squad install our new LG 86" TV. The 2 installers were on time and professionals throughout. Once the TV was on the wall securely, they programmed my receiver ensuring the surround sound was working perfect. They also programmed the TV's remote to be our All-In-One remote. Great service and well worth the money spent.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. The contractor arrived on time, assessed the space, and offered helpful suggestions to ensure the TV was mounted securely and at the perfect height. They worked quickly without cutting any corners, double-checking every detail to ensure the installation was flawless. The result looks incredible—clean, level, and exactly how I envisioned it. Not only was the quality of work outstanding, but he also left the area spotless, taking care to clean up after the job was done. Their friendly demeanor and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

The installers were great. They were polite and very professional. They helped me decide between the various mounts I had purchased and they mounted my 65 inch TV in no time at all. They were not able to connect my surround sound since I didn't have the optical cable required. (My 15 year old Panasonic used older cables that aren't supported by my new LG model). However, they did instruct me on how to connect it once I have the cable. I ran out to Best Buy to get the optical cable so now I'm hoping that I can get the installers to come back since I'm not comfortable dismounting he TV.

The Geek Squad mounted the TVs beautifully and showed me how to use features. They also mounted my Bose Soundbar to one TV.

Could not be happier with the installation of our wall mount and television. Anthony (I'm pretty sure was his name...) was wonderful - let us know he'd be arriving a little later than expected. Unloaded, unpacked and installed the mount and the television promptly and perfectly. Then he gave us some instructions and made sure we didn't have any further questions. Such a personable and pleasant man! The complete opposite of our experience with two Home Depot appliance installers the previous day...

The 65" Sony TV I purchased from Best Buy has exceeded my expectations. The picture is so good, I have invited my neighbors and son to drop in and watch with me! The Geek Squad installed it in less than an hour and did a superb job of explaining all the features of the TV and remote control. Well done Best Buy!

Techs are este professional and worked efficiently. Knew exactly what to do. The even cleaned up after they were done! Excellent service!!!

The tech that mounted my TCL 43” TV did a great job. He made suggestions for height mounting, as I use this TV as a third monitor for my recording studio. Once agreed upon height was determined, the tech mounted studio on provided wall mount all by himself. The TCL is big, but light. He had no problem affixing the TV to the wall mount. The tech vacuumed away all the shavings from drilling and left the area clean. The tech was going to hook up the TV portion but I told him it was unnecessary as I was going to use the TCL as a computer monitor. The tech hooked up HDMI outlet from TV to the DVI-D HDMI adapter on the back of my computer, selected HDMI output on screen and I was good to go. A job well done :-)

Geek Squad set up our new 75inch Samsung Frame TV. They installed our new wall mount and then set up the TV quickly and efficiently! They answered all our questions patiently and clearly, and they made sure all features on the TV were working before they left. I highly recommend having them do the install to save any potential frustration of doing it yourself. They truly are experts!
