the agents did a good job removing the old tv and mounting the new one

After about 10 years, I upgraded my TV to a 77". The Geek quad are true professionals. They were in and out in no time, and I have the confort and guarantee it was installed correctly.

Agents worked diligently on connecting new 83” TV and soundbar system , mounting, and connecting devices.

I had the pleasure of having my 75" Sony Bravia installed by your geek squad. There were very knowledgeable about the Sony brand. They hung my tv quicklywith precise measurement making sure it was secure on the wall. They gave us instruction on apps and how to keep theTV updated when necessary. Great ambassadors of Best Buy!

This was perfect. All I had to do was point especially for 85 inch TV replacement, and the two gentlemen that came was professional as can be. They need a job quickly swiftly they asked plenty of questions to satisfy the needs of my installation and everything went well.

Geek Squad Agent Herbie was great! He took great care to connect everything correctly and safely, and made sure that we had access to everything we had access to before the installation. He exhibited a vast knowledge of the technical aspects of his job, and was friendly to boot! He showed up when he said he would.

I have been a Total Tech Member for several years. I have primarily used the remote cleanup service on our computers. That has made the membership generally worthwhile and value added. Recently bought a new TV for install in my home by the Geek Squad. I think Best Buy has made a mistake in eliminating the ability to contact your sales person by phone. I was eventually given an email address but the sales person never responded. As a result, I had to drive to the store on at least three occasions to resolve questions about my purchase. When you call the number of your preferred store you are now directed to a call center and a person answering as if they were in the local store. Disappointing, particularly as a Total Tech member. I dealt with two Geek Squad Teams for the install. Both were polite and competent professionals. There was an initial problem mounting the Sanus Tilt 4D as a result of my homes construction. The original team that was most knowledgeable of the work to be performed did not return as I was assured so it was necessary to start over again with another team. Would have been good to know that the first team was not available up front. I would have waited and rescheduled the completion of the install. Ultimately the job was completed and thus far we are pleased with our purchase. The overall purchase process and install was more difficult than it should have been for the reasons I’ve noted. I hope Best Buy considers these observations and improves on customer support.

This is a very heavy mount. May be overkill for my 65” but I do like to be able to get behind the system. The install went smoothly although there was confusion and contradictions between customer service and sales regarding pricing and service scope of what was and wasn’t included. This isn’t a cheap service to begin with, I didn’t like feeling like was being upsold during installation with cabling or mount upgrades.

The Geek Squad Team installed 3 TVs, a sound bar and a Sonos system with outdoor speakers. Their workmanship and knowledge of the systems was excellent. The installation was professional. The lead Tech Dave is highly recommended.

65 inch TV mounted to a wall that needed various viewing angles. The two Best Buy women who showed up clearly knew exactly what to do. Each had their tasks and they accomplished them so incredibly well all the while staying engaged with me and getting my feedback. I've worked in the tech industry a long time and dealt with many installers on a variety of products. These two women were among the most efficient, professional and knowledgeable I've ever dealt with.

After the second cancelled appointment from Manada, the third party group Best Buy sometimes contracts to do installs, I had to go speak with the selling store's manager in order to prevent waiting yet another week to get our tv installed. Luckily for me, Brandon at the Best Buy on Research Blvd in Austin stepped in to get things back on track. He worked with the stores own Geek Squad crew to get us back on schedule and get the installation performed without having to wait yet another week. Brandon was the consummate professional. He listened, empathized and made it happen. I doubt I'll order online any more, I'll go to his store and order in person. Outstanding service! Alex and Greg were the Geek Squad techs that had to install our tv about 7' up on the wall. They were excellent and completed a perfect installation. My elderly dad supervised from his chair and noted they never hesitated and there were no wasted motions. These guys are pros and their work shows it. They even refused a tip! (Which they definitely earned!) While we had a bumpy start to our two tv installs, Brandon, Alex and Greg got the work done quickly, professionally and expertly. Thank you so much to these three employees for their excellence. We are now pretty loyal BB customers and you can thank these three!

Greg and Davin did a great job. They were friendly yet professional the whole way through the install. They were careful with our new tv, careful not to trash our house installing the tv. They listened to our questions and concerns; they focused on getting our tv set up perfectly.

The agents were very friendly and super helpful. Their primary concern was to do the job right. An outlet was in the way of where the TV was to be mounted so the tech's helped me select a new location to move the outlet. Over the course of the next few days I did the work to move the outlet. I then rescheduled the appointment and they sent out the same techs from the first visit. They did a fantastic job of mounting the TV and showing us how to operate and get the most out of it. Great work from two guys that obviously take pride in what they're doing!

The agents were soo professional, but friendly. Setup was efficient and fast. They explained things clearly and answered my questions, proving that they know what theyre doing. Their thoroughness was impressive. Id recommend the Geek Squad in a heartbeat.

I'm really enjoying this large TV. Buying it, I knew I wasn't getting the top of the line TV but it is far from the bottom of the barrel. When I bought it the store rep told me that this TV was one notch above the lowest Samsung TV, which is a compliment. The picture is very clear and the interface is intuitive. I have no complaint about this TV. It also helps that I got it as a Black Friday purchase which knocked another $300 off. I'm happy.
