The gentleman that came to my house to install the television was polite and knowledgeable. Gave me advice on where to install the TV and showed me how to use it. It's unfortunate that best buy is discontinuing this service as part of the total tech service.

The Geek squad are wonderful! Really professional, efficient and friendly. They were very careful if they had to move furniture to do their job. Explained everything and were so helpful. Thank you so much!!

The installers were amazing. Honestly, way above and beyond what I expected. They were timely, courteous, and so professional. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Really! They took into account everything I was hoping for and concerned about. When I order more, I really hope I get them again. I really mean it, they were superb!

First, I would like to thank Jeffrey Witt for his promptness and expertise installing my wall mount and cord cover. He gave me great suggestions to prepare for this service by telling me which extension cord to purchase ahead and at what height to install the tv. He called ahead to let me know when he would be here and he arrived on time. I love the tracking app. It tells you exactly where he is in his travels and when he will arrive. Love it! He left his card and advised me to call if I had any questions. Also, at the last minute I added a tv and Jeff was able to bring out the tv and handle the transaction in my home. So convenient. Thank you Jeffrey and Best Buy.

The agents first setup a call to under what I needed and a time they would be available. Next they called a day before and the day of to ensure everything was still a go. They were very professional and followed all Covid rules. The installation took a few hours but looked great once done. The next day the installer gave me a call to check on how the installation was and if there was anything that needed adjustment.

The installers called to let us know they were on their way. When the 2 men arrived, they put on covers on their feet and of course, they wore masks. They were very efficient, explained how to use the tv. They spent time setting up the tv so we didn't have to. They were the best part of my experience with Best Buy in purchasing and getting my tv. KUDOS to the 2 of them

Can’t say enough about these guys ! I purchased a 98 in television , they called that morning and asked if I’d be interested in being the first delivery I was between 10 and 2 , oh yes !! Three gentlemen came delivered it to my condo and proceeded to install my mount and television in no time ! They made all the adjustments color sound etc and it sits perfectly on my wall I’m grateful that I had nothing to worry about , the install the packing no mess like they had never been here and I had this magnificent television on my wall ! Thank you Best Buy

The team arrived on schedule (actually a little early) and were very professional. They made sure that the location and height were what I wanted prior to starting the installation. Once started, they were very efficient and careful. Once done, they took time to explain everything to me and answer questions. They also loaded two apps for me and made sure everything was working. I would recommend this service to anyone who purchases a television and wants it on the wall.

It isn't easy to put into words the complex situation Steve from the Geek Squad found himself. I purchased a TV from Amazon and contacted Best Buy to have their Geek Squad come out to install it. I thought I'd ordered a larger TV to replace the one I already had. But, OOPS, I ordered the same size. The next day, Steve went to the Best Buy warehouse and brought out a larger TV for me. The service call from the previous day was $250 and I asked if there was some way to apply that amount to the second call. I should add here that I'm 83 and live on Social Security, making money a bit tight. He cleared that for me, installed a 60" TV for me and took the 2nd TV back to Best Buy. Now, here's the above and beyond: since poor vision keeps me from driving (and I have no car), I couldn’t return the Amazon purchase. Guess what? Steve did it for me. So if someone is up There, keeping track of good deeds, I know they are writing on the Plus Side for Steve. PS I tried to upload a photo numerous times, but it failed Sorry, the upload failed

Very good picture, easy to set up and convenient. We went to the store looking for a different brand bur once we walked past this we were sold! You don't have to have a cable box or fire stick!

Amazing Team from Bestbuy came in and installed this 98inch S5 from TCL. they did it fast and perfectly took care of all my wires. they even took the box and trash with them. God bless the BestBuy Team

Picture is great 86'' tv makes it like you are at movies. Geek squad did awesome job setting up and mounting tv.

They texted me to let know when to expect them. They called me to let me know they where 15 mins away and i sat down and watched them do their magic. It was a professional installation. They even ran the wire behind the wall for a clean look. Excellent job.

I experienced an initial wall-mount of a large TV, and then two more exchanges due to faulty TV panels. The initial install was very good and accomplished according to my requested parameters in terms of height on the wall, in which the centre of the panel would be at seated eye height. This panel was defective and swapped for an identical panel. That second installer's helper never showed so I helped the installer with lifting the TV onto the brackets. I immediately detected the same panel defect and showed the installer who wanted to rush home and see if his TV had the same fault. That second panel was exchanged for a completely different type of TV which is thus far satisfactory. My only critique of these three installs is that the Geek Guys were very quick to program the initial settings which was difficult to follow, nor did they explain in any detail their proceedings or ask if I had other thoughts. Mostly the settings were as I would have done myself, and I did go back through each and every setting later. But a bit more coaching might have been appropriate. (To be fair, my comments and knowledge of my own associated audio/video components may have swayed them into thinking such simple instruction was not needed.) Nonetheless, other than two faulty TV panels, the installations were satisfactory.

The 2 Geek Squad gentlemen, Keith and Ken, did an outstanding job installing my 65” TV. They called with an arrival time, showed up on time, installed and set up the new TV, cleaned up and hauled my old TV away. They were courteous and efficient and we couldn’t be happier.

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to all our devices. He was very professional and answered all our questions relative to the care and use of our new TV. He also answered a few questions relative to the streaming services that are available.

The guys arrived on time and did a great job of installing my ne tv.
