The team that mounted my G3 77 we’re knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and went right to business. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they worked. I’m glad I went with them instead of doing it myself. They showed me how to work the tv and remote when firing it up. They also hooked up my new soundbar and made sure it worked before they left. They also took all the trash with them as well. Very happy with the whole set up from the team. Only point I wish they would have let me or shown me how to hide the wires for my tv. That’s something I wanted to do when installing. Other than that it was a great experience

The Geek Squad member that mounted the new office TV did a great job and even zip tied some of the wires behind the TV so that it would be better organized (also makes them less of an eyesore). Excellent! Installation of large wall mount tv at office in high-rise building. Surprisingly easy to obtain certificate of insurance as required by Landlord. On time, efficient and they hooked everything up perfectly. Would use again for residence or business with no hesitation.

Dylan mounted the TV, explained how it all worked since I was not familiar with the set up. He showed me and then had me do what I needed to do to use my new TV. When he left I was comfortable using the new system.

The Geek Squad mounted and setup my new TV within 45 minutes. The Geek Squad were professional and efficient. There was no swearing. The Geek Squad even spread a blanket over the carpet to keep my carpet clean.

The techs did a very professional job of installing our television wall mount and mounting our new 75” television. They connected all our devices and demonstrated how to navigate through our new television!

In the recent move to our new home, I have to say with no reservations that the two tech representatives who installed our tv were the best service personnel to perform any of the many services needed in a new home. They were prompt, neat and clean, extremely efficient, did a great job and were done within 40 minutes from start to finish. I would not only highly recommend them but go out of my way to sing their praises. Great employees.

I highly recommend this product for the installation of any large screen T.V. The technicians were very professional and the service was amazing. They showed up on time as scheduled and properly mounted the T.V. to the wall. They cleaned everything up and hauled off my old T.V. and all the boxes.

The 2 gentlemen were very professional and very helpful in showing use how to navigate our new tv. It didn't take long at all for them to install it and connect it to the devices that we already have.

Excellent service. They came and installed an 80 inch TV in about 30 minutes total time. This would have taken me most of the day. They also configured all of the other electronics to the TV.

Outstanding work in installing and setting up our new 85" TV. They obviously knew what they were doing. They installed a wall-mount, then mounted the large TV and placed it where we wanted it.

Tv mounted where I wanted it. Geek squad staff have always been excellent and this time was no different. I’ve purchased from stores who use outside contractors to install & there is a huge difference in knowledge level between that type of delivery service & the Geek Squad. I hate that Best Buy is shutting down the availability of the Geek Squad service in many locations. It’s worth the money to have that kind of service. TV has a beautiful picture, excellent sound with no need for a sound bar, and good viewing quality in a bright location. Expect this Sony Bravia 65” TV to last a long time.

The Technician impressed as highly knowledgeable and competent. He kept us informed of the progress and issues in a way that inspired our confidence in his capabilities. The technician explained the various controls and made helpful suggestions regarding equipment requirement which would improve the quality of the picture. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was tidy at the conclusion of the installation. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

Geek Squad technical installation was very professional and cleaned the area as he worked. He took the time to explain what he was doing as well as explaining/showing how the television mount can be moved.

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience.
