The agents mounted the TV and connected to all the devices

I had an amazing experience with the Geek Squad when they delivered, set up, and mounted my new TV. Eric and Jose were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and highly professional. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, ensuring everything was perfectly installed and working. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service really stood out. I highly recommend their services!

I'm a big DIY person but when it comes to hanging a heavy TV on the wall with the mount I much prefer to leave that to the experts (especially because most of the time it's a two person job). I give 5 stars for the actual installers and the process, they did a phenomenal job and were very professional. I give 2 stars to the actual appointment making and scheduling aspect. BestBuy, this needs work. Please go back to the old system because it's infuriating for all of us involved with the new one. Had multiple system glitches that cancelled previous appointments, had to call and reschedule because the system didn't take it and was showing appointments on days there were none and letting me schedule it with confirmation number and everything and then the day of the app would say "don't forget you still need to schedule your appointment for install" Please talk with your installers and find a scheduling system that works, these installers are amazing!

I needed someone to complete an entire upgrade for my mother's wall-mount TV--remove the TV, remove and replace the wallmount, remove the previous wire wall covers, and replace new wall covers over the new wires. The install team was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, carried spare parts that were needed to adapt the setup, and left everything clean and seamless.

Install tech Rich asked for my position desire, gave rough idea of placement then installed as per my desire. Limited drilling into wall then secured all after mounting. Set up TV quickly and gave easy to understand instructions along with answering all questions.

Install was quick and looks great! I had an incompatible mount but agents had spare ones available and saved the day. Saved me a lot of time and headache. Worth every penny.

Marlon and his partner were great! They were prompt, arrived with shoe covers and were fast. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was satisfied with the positioning of the television before mounting it. I would definitely recommend their services.

I wanted my tv done right so I paid for the service of the Geek squad to mount and install my tv. It was done professionally and quickly and they also set up my sound bar. It was a Sony 75 inch 900. Looks great. They were neat and informative. Excellent for a single female like me. I am truly happy with my Best Buy purchase and service.

I am always happy and satisfied with Geek Squad services. The technicians are fast, friendly, knowledgeable and neat. They did a great job installing & setting up my flatscreen TV, cable, sound bar and DVD player and took the time to explain it all to me. I actually had a concern about a function of the TV and they returned immediately and addressed it. I highly recommend their service.

I purchased an Insignia 43" TV. The techs who came out to have it mounted and set up did a great job, and were very friendly. Had the complete installation to my receiver been less expensive, I would have purchased that as well. I am very disappointed that this TV does not come with a hard copy user guide. I've no clue what all it can do, nor do I know how to connect the TV to the receiver so I can hear the TV through my speakers. I have the optical cable, but when I try to "Add Equipment," it always gives me an error message. I've called Insignia for help, and was on the phone almost an hour. I called Geek Squad twice. They didn’t know the answer, and just told me to make an appt ($129??) to have them come out and hook it all up. Over all, I'm happy with the initial service, but not the price to get it fully installed.

The Geek squad members sent out for our service were great- very knowledgeable and efficient! They did a great job setting up and answering our questions. We bought the Best Buy Totaltech plan at the same time we bought our new television and it was certainly well worth the price.

The installers were professional and very efficient.

The tech support agent did an excellent job. You couldn't tell the television had been mounted it looked perfect. He was fast and did not leave a mess. I wish all technicians were as good.

They did an excellent job of handling the tv with care & putting it in a better position on the wall than l previously had. Also was helpful in making sure l had it setup & working properly before they left.

The Geek Squad Totaltech service was amazing. They were very professional in mounting the 70” TV to the wall. We had also purchased the wrong outlet and they had a spare on the truck for us to buy thereby saving us time. They were also friendly and careful with our belongings.

The geek squad is great, but at first the kid that waited on us booked our delivery and installation with a third party installation team that canceled and no showed on us 4 times! I went back to store ready to return everything, , but a manager realized we hadn’t been booked with geek squad and promised us THEY would show up, and refunded the price of delivery &installation, so I gave them one more chance, and was very happy with THEIR installer and also my LG tv. Always make sure you’re booked with geek squad, and no one else!

I got the Geek Squad because I was concerned about getting a large tv above the fireplace. I bought a motorized mount to lower the tv so we wouldn’t have to always look up at it (been there done that). The Geek Squad told is they had experience with this type of mount but there was an additional fee (unexpected but a minor aggravation). I ordered online and the note on the type of mount must have been dropped. The install was on sale so the addon brought the price up to somewhat more than the original price but less than the last time I had a Geek Squad install. Overall happy with the process and the result

The two gentlemen who came to mount my tv were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I felt like they were two friends helping me get my TV set up. They weren’t able to drop lines due to where my power outlet was placed, but they did their best to hide the power cords and honestly I can barely notice they are there. Will definitely be using them again!

Had to reschedule twice no one showed up the first time on given date and time frame. I decided to do mounting only and set up myself. Mounted several TVs before but didn’t want to take a chance of damaging the TV. Afterwards I realized I knew more about the mounting of this TV than the service team. I had to eventually help them get it up on the included bracket and they left me a mess to clean up from drilling into the drywall. I could have done it myself if I had someone available to help me lift onto the bracket.
