The install went smoothly and the people were very friendly and helpful. I needed the tv centered over the fireplace and they had the tv set perfectly placed.

I see in reviews the service appears to be pricey, but the real question is do you want to struggle with mounting a large TV and messing it up for me the answer is it's worth the extra cost. If something goes wrong and the TV breaks while your friend is installing it, you are out of luck. At least Best Buy is a large enough company to "make it right." Since I had no outlet on the wall for behind the TV, and I wanted the wires hidden in the wall and I would have never thought of putting the wires through the wall were it not for the Geek Squad rep offering it to me. The day of the install, the Geek Squad technician called me with an estimated arrival window. When he showed up, he immediately put on booties to cover his shoes to protect my home flooring. I did not ask him to do so, he just did. He went straight to work, assessing where exactly I wanted the TV that would be best for my viewing angles and carefully removed the TV from the stand that it was on to get to work. He also hooked everything back up and gave me a tutorial on the TV settings, remotes, maneuverability of the mount itself (an articulating mounting bracket), and tips and tricks for getting the best picture from my viewing angle. Overall, the professionalism, attention to detail and end work product were outstanding and I would highly recommend this service.

The gentleman that arrived to install my TV were very professional and did a good job installing the TV. They were quick to install it and explained to me how to use the remote and set it all up for me. Prior to leaving, they asked me if I had any questions or concerns and if I did provided me the number to call.

The Geek squad installed my replacement 86-inch tv. After a self-home installation with my first 86-inch tv I know the task was to much for me. The crew arrived on time and the two technicians decided that they needed a third person and they put out the request and within an hour the additional help arrived and with swift order mounted the new tv on the wall above the fireplace. In addition they installed a new sound system to go with tv and then did all the setup and explanation on how to use the new equipment. I was very happy with the timeliness, the professionalism and knowledge to make this a satisfying experience. Thank you for a job well done.

The guys were awesome, they did an outstanding job, very quick and knowledgeable. Bedsides the tv, they also installed 2 rear in ceilings speakers for my home theater, at first it didn't work but they were able to find the perfect solution. They did a clean installation, you cannot see any wires. They cleaned the area of all debris. All I can say is outstanding!!!

there were two tech that did an excellent job installing my 75 inch yv to the wall, The wires behind the tv were dressed and area cleaned up. They were very efficient.

The Geek guys are awesome. They are very careful. Aware of surroubdibgs. Wear booties to keep floors clean. Very polite. Know what thry are doing and efficient. Clean up before leaving.

They arrived on time. Were very knowledgeable and installed and set up the new tv and swivel stand very quickly. They connected the existing soundbar, blueray dvd player, direct tv and it's remote and paramount +. They programmed everything and I didnt have to do anything. They took away the old tv also.

I've been a longtime satisfied Geeksquad member which I've used for tech assistance with my computers & related devices. So it was a relief to learn that Geeksquad offers installation and TV-support services when I was looking for a new smart TV. In fact, that was the key decision factor to purchase the TV from Best Buy. Geeksquad was used to deliver and install/mount my new TV & wall mount. The install price was comparable to other companies offering TV install services, but I decided to upgrade my annual membership to include all IT-related household items with home service. Although there was a glitch with my original install date, Geeksquad was very responsive in explaining what happened & rescheduling as soon as possible. They sent two very professional & customer service oriented gentleman who delivered, installed and set up the new smart TV. They walked me thru all the features of the TV, speakers, remote controls before leaving. They left my place clean & took all the packing materials away, leaving the place clean. I haven't had any issues since they installed the TV, but feel relieved that I can call for help if needed on another day and for other IT issues.

The Geek Squad guys, Chris and Chris came and mounted my 65” TV to my brick fireplace. They finished very quickly and were really nice and neat.

I believe this was for the mounting on a floor stand that I provided, and delivery of the Best Buy Brand 55 inch TV and set-up. I have five TV’s in my home, and three have been purchased (Samsungs) mounted and set up by Best Buy. Being a total tech member makes the transactions go smoothly and efficient.
