We cannot say enough good things about the two members of Geek Squad that came out to install our Samsung TV. Marco was so well equipped to handle unforeseen problems we had in our electrical setup. He showed his great character and patience in waiting until we got our electrical problems solved by an electrician. He had to come back after we had it fixed. I commend him and his co-worker, Tandy, for their excellent work and knowledge! We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable pair. It was a complicated and unusual setup. Thank you all.

Professional, careful when cutting into the wall, cleaned up during and after installation, very informative describing the operation of the new Sony tv.

Dear Best Buy, I just wanted to let you know that the two people that you sent us to hang up our TV’s they hung up two TV’s for us and they did a great job and they were very nice and polite and very informative. Keep the great job going.

OUTSTANDING... My tec showed up in the time frame given to me and even called ahead to alert me to his arrival time. Upon arrival he ask what was my problem and I showed him what was wrong with my new tv and he went right to work. Using the tv remote he went into the various screens and selected one setup area and then into the audio area, he checked out many items and then suggested a power reset for the whole tv. We did the power reset and then I tried to use my head phones again as I had been using them for over 3 weeks before they just quit working and they were back to life... easy fix but not one I knew how to try and my tec showed me just in case I had the same problem again. Boy am I happy with the quick and easy fix. I really love the Geek Squad and will be a member of the squad for many years to come.

Best Buy team came to my house to help set up my tv. They were extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They also helped me install a roku so I could stream my cable app downstairs so that I didn’t have to use cables which would have looked terrible in my living room. Also had great sense of humor!! Highly recommended

Crew came in and did a fantastic job of mounted and installing TV to our specifications. They were fast and clean and left no sign of being there. Set up the TV and showed basic things. Wish they had showed us how to dismount the TV from the wall mount. Worth every penny for the installation!

I’ve heard of the Geek Squad and what they do for a while now but just recently signed up. My first installation was problem free and have no complaints. They were friendly and professional. They asked me questions before installation to make sure it was where I wanted it. And they showed me how to use my television before leaving.

The team did an amazing job setting up my new TV. They were professional, careful, and made sure everything looked perfect. The TV sits completely flush against the wall — super clean and minimalist, just the way I wanted it. They also took the time to explain the setup and made sure I was happy before they left. Great service, on time and arrived earlier than expected! They were very professional and I highly recommend for future installs. They not only setup the TV, they also make sure its programmed to your liking and answer any questions you have.

Arrived at scheduled time, took time with wall mount to ensure it was exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up after drilling, took care with mounting and then attached an older sound system, blue-ray, & cable and programmed TV for best picture & sound. Also programmed all devices to be used off of cable remote only.

very professional and quick. they knew what they were doing and communicated how they were setting up the TV. they even looked at the audio setup I have in my new house and made recommendations on how to make it work.

The team was very efficient and knowledgeable. I had a preexisting TV mont and all they had to do is install it on the mont and they would have been done. In stead they took the time to ask questions to make sure the location of the current mount would be goid for my needs. Instead of taking the easy wayout they took the I want to make we the customer is satisfied route. That's REFRESHING these day.

Happy with my Samsung TV. Great picture, easy to navigate (after you get the hang). The dude from GSquad was efficient, knowledgeable and set it up perfectly.

Today I was scheduled to have a new TV and soundbar installed. When I took the installers into the room and explained what I wanted to do, they told me that the TV I had bought couldn’t get Spectrum directly and I would need a Roku. That defeated my reason for the purchase, so they told me the name of the brand I needed and stopped everything until I could go down and exchange everything for a TV (same price) that had Spectrum as part of the installed options. They could have installed the TV and sound bar without saying anything and saved themselves some extra time and delay, but ended up with a frustrated customer. As it was, I went to the store and they made sure I was completely taken care of at no extra cost and set up a rush install for me! So thankful to the entire Grand Junction store….

Installation team took my input making sure to create the experience I was seeking and were efficient in completing the project in timely manner. Kind of expensive but thier experience and know how was well worth it.

We actually had a contractor come (rather than direct Geek Squad employees). The time scheduled was slightly off. Store repeatedly gave me the time "between noon and 4pm", even still repeating it after the end time of 4pm. The contractor called about 5 pm (turns out his afternoon hours always go thru 5pm (not 4 pm), he did arrive before 5:30 and had the installation done within a couple hours. His work was fine, he knew what he was doing, and answered questions for us. My issue is not with him or his work, but with the store on the mis-communication of timing. I was ready and waiting at noon (the beginning of the mentioned time), and 5 hours later, I was still waiting. Need to narrow the time frame to 2-3 hours, and actually have the contractors on the same time basis as the Geed Squad direct employees would be.

They were top notch. Best service I've ever seen. They came in, setup, and we're out in like 20-30mins. The mount was excellent, and easy to use once installed.

The techs were very well educated on my product and the installation was fast and well done. They walked me through the functions of the TV and helped me set up my system to sync with the TV.
