These guys were on time and very professional. They were quick to install and explain. I over purchased items I didn't need, so I was able to return them the next day and get my money back. I would not have known this if it weren't for them.

The Geek Squad mounted and installed my tv in a timely and efficient manner. The technician was prompt, and was very knowledgeable.

We have had Geek Squad in our home 3x to install and program Items we bought. They were friendly, professional and expedient. They took the time to help teach us how to use the new equipment. We had some follow up questions in the few days after the installation. They did not hesitate to answer their cell phones to answer our inquiries. In one case the Geek Squad Technician came back on the day of my call to make sure I understood everything! They are the perfect solution. Especially for those not tech savvy with today's electronics! We recommend them highly.

Agents came in, mounted my TV and took away the older one. I was skeptical first about the service (I had never done it before), but after the service.. I was extremely satisfied! I definitely recommend it and the agents that came by to mount the tv were extremely kind.

My installers were fantastic! They called prior to their arrival, which was right on scheduled time. They were professional, friendly, and mindful of our home and the pandemic. The install went very well and I am completely satisfied!! Highly recommend!!!

I had Cameroon and Lucas do my TV wall mount. These two high tech did a great job mounting my TV and then set everything up. They are so good no one could come close to these two guys. I am so pleased with their work and knowledge of the tv was very impressive this was the best service I have ever had.

Agents called and informed us of the time, and arrived a little early. They were professional, adhered to covid guidelines, worked quickly. Explained operation of the new TV, cleaned up, made sure there were no remaining questions and left. Great experience.

The tech was AMAZING...very professional every step of the way, from the initial conversation on the phone to the in-home visit to the installation of our TV. He provided us with options and was extremely knowledgeable. We will be using him in the future!

Not only was everything installed quickly and correctly, the installers were courteous and patient with my questions, They figured out how to get everything working with one remote, which helps me a lot.

They were on time and professional asking how I wanted the TV mounted in regards to height and position.

The initial set up was great and the two Geek Squad installers were professional while still being personable. However, we had several issues after the set up apparently due to glitch in either the TV or sounder. In both cases the Geek Squad came out and stayed with us until everything was responding appropriately. There is still a minor problem but I think that is connected to the connection that was set up years ago. Best Buy and the Geek Squad went above and beyond to make things right. The only change that I would make if I did it again would be to skip the sounder. I am not sure that we can see enough difference in the sound to justify the extra expense, but we would definitely go back to Best Buy.

Steve & Dewayne came for my 82” tv mounting and it was nice watching them how easy they made it look like. They completed the work at such a breeze and were very professional. I took out one start due to them not carrying larger than 50 mm screws, thus they couldn’t use my spacings and hence have no way to be able to add or remove any cables from behind the TV.

I LOVE MY OLED LG TV, THE PICTURE IS AWSOME. EVERYTHING WAS SET UP BY THE GEEK SQUAD. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL

Easy to schedule, the installer showed up early, he was extremely efficient & did a clean, professional job installing our large flat screen TV and wall mount. NO wires or equipment visible. Very nice job. Highly recomm3nd!

Gunther and his co-worker were wonderfull guests in my home. They were extremely knowleagable and professional. They answered each and every question I had in complete detail and did an excelllent job in demonstrating all aspects of my new tv and accompanying sound system set up. They removed my extremely heavy 14 year old plasma set with little effort, (nice to be young and strong). Thank you Best Buy Geek Squad!

Seamless installation. Guys are nice, respectful, knowledgeable, and give instructions and/or advice. My only complaint is that I wish they were given gloves to keep their fingerprints off the new tv screen.

Geek Squad is great! Professional, courteous, humble and helpful no matter if it’s a tv mount or computer repair...every experience I’ve had thus far with GS has been positive! They installed the tv mount with precision, no mess or hassle and did great!
