In November of 2018, I purchased 3- Samsung 43" 4K Smart TVs. I worked with Trekas Sims, Magnolia Home Theater Supervisor in the Brookfield, WI Store. He was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, answered all my questions and had some great suggestions. I came prepared and the purchase was a breeze. Delivery was as scheduled. Geek squad agent Cameron Gingrass came to my home for a site survey one week before my items were delivered. On the day of delivery, there were no surprises. Cameron efficiently installed the 2 walls mounts & hung the televisions on the day of delivery. He was a wealth of information. He was also conscious of cleanliness and used cardboard to catch his drill shavings & wore booties while in my home. He did exactly what I expected and more. I felt confident with his assessments and recommendations. He is an asset to the Geek Squad, as is Tre and I hope management realizes this. They both are stellar representatives of Best Buy Geek Squad and Best Buy Magnolia respectively and I hope this is duly noted.

Best Buy mounted our TV and set it up. They were very efficient and careful. It's on a wall mount that they put up -- no big mess from running wiring in the attic or drilling through the wall. Friendly and helpful to answer our questions

Geek Squad - Steve, was very professional and efficient when installing our new 55”TV on the wall. He was very respectful of our living room, and careful not to make a mess, and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything and made sure we understood what he was saying. Was very pleased with his service!!

The person who installed and trouble shooted my TV's was Stefanie. She was wonderful. She was efficient and knowledgeable. She was able to fix and/or change things that your other installers couldn't do. I couldn't have been happier.

The Geek Squad did an outstanding job installing my 77-inch TV! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and thorough from start to finish. The team not only mounted the TV perfectly but also installed the in-wall adapter and wiring with great attention to detail, leaving everything clean and seamless. I couldn’t be happier with the results—everything looks amazing and works flawlessly. Highly recommend their service!

The agents installed the tv mount to the wall, and the hidden wiring box behind the tv - then ran wire thu wall to baseboard. Connections are made at baseboard and invisible to viewers. They then hooked up soundbar “atmos” wireless sound system. They did this on 75” and 65” tvs - quickly and with no mess. They were able to answer any question I asked and filled me in on a number of things I would no have known to ask about. An excellent experience overall and easily worth the price of TotalTech by itself - but made more valuable by the fact that I can now get tech help on anything I buy and the warranty is extended on all of it.

When we finally got the TV. The crew that came to “tweak it” were phenomenal. They spent so much time with us and assured that we knew how to do everything. This was the Geek Squad, NOT their subcontractor. One of which “gave up” and left us. Ergo, the Geek Squad tweaking. The sub did a great job of mounting, and doing the basics. But any challenges were beyond them. Ask for eh Geek Squad to do your install.

I was very happy to see that Brian would be the technician who would be coming out to install our new TV. This is the second TV he has installed for us. Each time he has been very professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding the TV.

These guys were great Will and Scott did a fantastic job they were knowledgeable and friendly they came out on a Wednesday to do a consult and return Friday for the install. They quoted me a price for a wall mount but was able to even get me a better one at a lower price. We got 24" TV added to our game room.

I got an appointment in two days after my tv purchase. The technicians were right on time, very polite, friendly and helpful. They truly did everything as stated; even showed me how to use it all. I hadn’t thought about hiding the wires, but they explained my different options so I could easily add it myself.

The guys who installed the tv were terrific and very mindful of safety precautions given COVID-19. I bought the wall box for hiding wires, and they paired the tv with my existing sound system. I could not have been happier with the service.

When we moved into our new home I decided I was not going to install any more TVs myself. We had the Geek Squad come out and put up three TVs on the wall mounts. It was a pleasure to come home and be able to sit down and watch the TV knowing I didn't have to put it up. Well worth the investment.

The entire experience from purchasing the television, DVD player, and mount to Kai and Kam installing everything and providing me instructions on how to operate it all was great. They were neat and cleaned up any materials left. They were also very pleasant and professional.
