I purchased an oversized TV for my game room, and wouldn’t have been able to mount it in my own, so asked for Geek Squad to help - they didn’t disappoint! They got the job down very quickly, and centered it well on the wall. I couldn’t be happier with the result.

The installation agents contacted in a timely manner. Arrived to my home and assessed the situation. Came prepared with equipment and tools. Mounted my TV and provided feedback. As well cleaned up and dirt or items after the installment completion.

Little did I know that I was embarking on a breathtaking adventure that would forever change the landscape of my living room. Upon summoning the TV Mounting wizards from the hallowed halls of Best Buy, I was greeted by a team of professionals who exuded a level of expertise and enthusiasm that would put the Avengers to shame. Armed with an arsenal of tools and a shared mission to bring my televisual dreams to life, they approached my beloved flat-screen with the reverence and precision of a team of Swiss watchmakers. As I stood in awe, the Best Buy Mountaineers scaled the towering heights of my living room wall with the grace and agility of nimble mountain goats. Their movements were as fluid and harmonious as a well-choreographed ballet, with each member of the team playing their part in perfect synchronicity. In the blink of an eye, my TV was mounted securely and majestically, as if held aloft by the mighty hands of Atlas himself. The level of precision and attention to detail displayed by the Best Buy crew was truly awe-inspiring, leaving me convinced that they must possess some form of telepathic communication with the spirit of the wall itself. The pièce de résistance of this televisual transformation, however, was the meticulous cable management. The once-tangled mess of wires that haunted my nightmares had been banished, replaced by a pristine and orderly arrangement that would bring a tear of joy to the eye of even the most hardened neat freak. The team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They removed my existing 65” tv from an existing wall mount on our main floor, carried it downstairs, attached legs to the tv, and placed it on top of an entertainment center. They then went back up to the main floor to mount my new 77” tv to my existing wall mount. Prior to mounting the tv, they pulled an Ethernet cable through an existing Legrand wall cavity kit. They connected the tv to my devices, adjusted the picture settings, then cleaned up the area and removed the packaging materials. We tipped the team because they did an outstanding job.

I got my new TV mounted to the wall. All was done perfect and I am super happy with service! Alex did an excellent job!!!

geek squad was professional and through, knew their business and set my tv up to where I was watching after they left. they knew their stuff and installed my equipment without any issue.

I would give my installation grew 10 stars if I could. Three geek squad members made it a fast and professional install. Best Buy is lucky to have these three.

We ordered the Geek Squad basic TV mounting service to hang a new LG 86 inch TV. Everything went very smoothly and the guys were very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their services.

The Geek Squad peeps that came out to install this Amazing TV did an amazing job. They mounted it very easily and didn't make a mess at all. They were more than cordial and professional which is the best thing you can ask for. They took their timing explaing everything about the TV and getting it all set up with my apps and profile etc...Side note....Love the picture. Love the sound. Great from any angle. Glare from window is almost non existent or at the very least not a nuisance. Love Sony TVs and this by far is the best, especially when Geek squad installed it perfectly.

I had signed up for Premium TV mount for LG GX77 alng with moving my existing TV to a different location in the house. Best Buy assigned me third party TV installers that I agreed. I trusted Best Buy to assign someone good and knowledgeable only. The moment the installers entered home they started complaining that they are not installing extra mount for the existing TV to be moved to other location while I never asked them to do so. They assumed it and started complaining. They just had to take TV out of one mount and hang on another identical mount that was already installed on the wall and I had signed up for this service. I had bought LG GX77 that is worth its high cost only if it is mounted nicely flush to the wall and I had got the in-wall wired, large electrical box pre-installed for that and special flush mount bracket for this TV comes with the TV. They started insisting that there is no mount and I need to provide mount. After I insisted that mount must be with TV, they opened the box and found it. At this point I was nervous if they will properly mount the TV because this LG GX TV needs careful mounting steps and they didn't seem to know much about this TV. I was getting nervous. The flush mounting needs meticulous routing of all cables (HDMI, etc.), etc in the back. They didn't plan for that before they hung TV on wall and then struggled with connected cables etc. to keep it flush. They managed it but it was a shoddy job. I was constantly there and providing help by telling them what they need to do. I was nervous that if they didn't mount it in the best way, I would have bought an expensive TV for nothing. They had absolutely no back up supplies (any HDMI connectors, etc. for any contingencies (and I would have paid for any extra parts) to make sure everything gets mounted and mounted well. Thankfully I was more ready than any other average person will ever be and had purchased for all contingencies. Overall this was NOT a good, stress free experience that you would expect when you sign up for PREMIUM MOUNTING from a reputed company like Best Buy. In the end the TV did get mounted pretty decent (almost flush) so it didn't end bad but I was worried with their lack of knowledge/preparedness on this TV and their poor attitude.

Two agents did a fantastic job installing a bracket and new TV over a mantle. There wasn't a speck of sawdust left. They moved the old TV, took all the packaging, set up the channels and wifi, explained how to use it, and left me with a big grin on my face. I will never try to install something myself again. Makes my Total Tech membership worth every penny. Plus, I have paid for the membership in savings every year I've had it. Thank you Best Buy!!

The agents took my old 55in TV off the wall mount and installed the new 65in TV. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and completed the delivery with the set up of my new TV to my Dish Network Ho]er and remote.

Geek squad techs did amazing work. 70 inch TV and sound bar and mounted tv on wall. Very clean and sleek look. No cables showing. Great customer service.

The mounting of the tv was fast, efficient and professional. The tech was very cautious when installing tv, asked which height was good for mounting, had extra tools in case screws didn’t match.

The Geek Squad called before they headed to my home. They arrived on time, were very skilled at setting up my new TVs and wall mountings, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. I could not be more pleased with their work and their professionalism!

On time (actually early) and the TV was installed quickly and without any issues. Installer walked me thru the setup and other than just familiarizing myself with the new menus, controls, etc the experience has been smooth.
