The contractor that installed my flat screen was very nice and professional. I had a question after installation and he quickly got back to me. Maybe it’s me but I always prefer dealing with an actual Geek squad member. The contractor was very nice however. So it’s difficult for me to rate the Geek squad when I had zero interaction.

The agents mounted our new 75” tv perfectly to our existing wall mount. Very professional & courteous in every way. Called before coming, we’re there when they said they would be, etc. Overall, very pleased with the Geek Squad!

I was given a time of between 8:30-11:30. I did not hear from anyone until 12:45 when the contractor contacted me to say he'd be there between 2:00 and 3:00. Needless to say I was not a happy person because I missed two work meetings while waiting on Best Buy who did not have the courtesy to call me prior to 11:00 to tell me they were running behind. The contractor however, did a very good job and I was pleased with the outcome.

They did an excellent job. They were really quick and knowledgeable. Even after I had a slight problem with the sound they can right back and fixed it.

I can honestly say the delivery, unboxing and wall mounting of my large (and HEAVY) tv was the BEST installation experience I have had from any retail company. Justin & his team showed a professionalism and friendliness that went beyond just getting the job done. Even though there were problems with the television itself, he made sure we were taken care of by arranging a replacement, and coming back to complete the job himself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Geek Squad for ANY delivery & installation job after his excellent experience. I only wish other companies showed this kind of dedication and respect for their customers.

the geek squad was knowledgeable and experienced. they worked quickly and efficiently. i watched as they installed the tv wall mount, 55” tv, cable box and dvd player. all i can say is i’m glad i let the professionals do the work. worth every penny!

I didnt have time to do in home advising and set up a 2nd appointment for mounting so I opted to be advised over the phone. I was under the belief that the in-wall cord concealment and price quoted included everything needed for installation. Comparing the rates to other 3rd party mounting services it seemed like the best choice. During the appointment I was notified that and an additional piece of equipment (to extend the power supply inwall) would be needed, but they did not have this because the original order notes did not specify in wall cord concealment. Due to the increase in price, and inability to wait for a 2nd appointment I opted to go with a regular cable management system (also additional cost). I was contacted promptly by a manager to adjust the pricing of the service since I had been overcharged. Although the customer service aspect was great and handled the issue quickly and professionally, I wasn't thrilled that overall i ended up paying more vs 3rd party mounting and didn't end up with what I initially wanted.

The Installers were Fabulous. Extremely Knowledgeable mounting and setting up the connections as well as explaining the Features.

Your technician was fast but very careful with the installation of a new Best Buy television, and offered some helpful advice on system operation. This was a very useful service call.

Installer put the Sanus Elite tv stand together and mounted TV. Arrived 10 minutes after calling. Setup was easy after that. He cleaned up what little mess there was. Total time here was just over 60 minutes mostly putting stand together and mounting TV.

This tv mount / 75” tv wAs installed by Best Buy. I loved it. The salesman recommended we purchase the tec package because it was actually cheaper and saved us about $250 for things we were having them do and it’s good for 1 yr. It’s great! The guys came to put together my tv stand, installed the wire thing in my wall so you can’t see the wires, then installed the tv mount, mounted my 75” tv, connected everything up, got my cable working, gave me a quick lesson, took my Huge monster dinosaur big screen tv with them, They did everything from start to finish. When my husband got home from work he was able to relax. So convenient. We will do this all the time now. Highly recommend.

Geek squad contacted me prior to their arrival and were ptompt on the arrival time. Techs did a quick site survey. Prepared the wall mount. Mounted the TV and connected it to my cable system. Ensured all was operational prior to departure. Great job and service provided!

We’ve replaced 3 old tv’s in the past couple years with Best Buy and the Geek Squad. All have gone smoothly and flawlessly. This last time we only had one “Geek” come, usually with the big screen tv’s they’ve sent 2. We can’t help much due to back/shoulder issues, but this guy was great. Did the whole thing (removing old mount, replacing it with new mount, and getting the 65 in. TV up there with no problems.

Mount techs did an excellent job. Came two hours early when I was sound asleep, but that’s a scheduling matter I assume. We agreed they’d come back later in the day during the window I had been told 3 times verbally and in writing from Best Buy, 12-8pm. They came at 10am - said they were told 7-3. I work late so that was not great! The mounting, installing and hauling away went very well. So 5 stars for Frick and Frack - Thanks guys, you turned a negative into a win. And hey, be nicer to Rich. He is very nice. Though both were clearly committed to the customer. I just felt bad for him. The other guy was a jerk to Rich at times during the process. I didn’t catch the other guy’s name though they both made sure my expectations were met and were respectful to me. Appreciated the successful install greatly.

I've been a Geek Squad client for years. We are moving and had a crew at our house today to take down two large-screen TVs from their mounts. The team arrived on time and were done in less than an hour, so we are all set for our move. The team provided excellent service, as usual. Geek Squad is like having our own personal tech department on call. We can't live without them.

Total tech is the best. The staff is always so pleasant to interact with. Very professional and always on time. Thank you!

Tremendous job by these professionals. Very helpful and professional when they mounted our new 77in TV perfectly. The were knowledgeable with other tech areas I had questions about, and had great suggestions on how to optimize all our families media needs.
