The team that delivered , mounted, and setup my new TV was absolutely great. Can't say enough praise. Due to them everything went smooth, no stone unturned. They even cleaned up surrounding installation area, as well as hauled all packaging away with them. Now that's class.

The installation service for my tv was worth it. The people who came were very professional. They had to put a hole in my wall to run a cable through and did a very professional job in a short period of time. They answered all of my questions.

They did an awesome job. The mounting bracket is sturdy and functional-perfect for the new Toshiba tv we purchased for Mom for Christmas! She is 85 years young and having a larger screened TV on a mount on the wall is so much more enjoyable for her to see. We recommend. Oh and join Total tech if you have not already-it is totally worth it. Geek Squad is AMAZiNG! Leave it to the pros! They were wonderful in every way, as they have been for all of our recent purchases and installations!

The agents set up our TV and were very patient in orienting us on all the features. They were knowledgeable and we were very pleased with the service.

I ordered a TCL qm7 and they delivered a tclq7, I returned the q7 and had the right one delivered. The Geek squad took down the wrong Ione packaged it and installed the right one. Very professional all the way thanks

The agents were professional, courteous and got the job done in no time. They used the mount I provided to them and carefully mounted the TV and the wall mount, and even used zip-ties to make the cables look less intimidating. They do offer a separate cable concealment service which I plan to use at a later time. Overall a very satisfied customer :)

So happy that I allowed the Geek Squad install my new TV. There was a problem with where the studs were located and they figured out the best way to mount at the proper height. Courteous and professional they cleaned up any debris and answered any questions. They also made sure that the set was working and gave mini lesson of use. The installation fee was worth it.

Technician was efficient w/his craft, extremely knowledgeable… Seamless install, came in and out in a timely manner.

We received a flat wall mount which works perfectly for our use. I can’t say enough good things about the delivery and installation service. They were on time, polite and friendly, helped with placement and perfect installation and clean up of all package materials.

The men mounted and power sourced an 85” tv, mounted the sound bar and power sourced the tv’s in 2 additional bedrooms. Their professionalism and service was outstanding. I recommend them highly.

The TV setup & mounting has been outstanding! The Geek Squad (Tyler Mullins in particular) and his teammates have done a super job mounting 2 large screen sets with the same mounting system.

This is my 4th time using Best Buy to mount Tvs, and as usual, the Geek Squad teams were great. The team was courteous, answered any questions, and took care of the little details my OCD would be going crazy over: no exposed wires, tv centered vertically and horizontally, etc. Overall, consistently a great experience.

The installation and delivery technicians were excellent. They were efficient and they also practice safety when entering my home by wearing mask. They were knowledgeable and installed my television and wall mount seamlessly. However, I was told by the technician after I asked why the cords were not inside of the wall that the salesperson failed to add a wall kit. I explained to him that I told the salesperson that I wanted the courts inside of the wall but the wall kit was not added and I was told that I needed to pay an additional delivery and installation fee so I will be contacting the store manager to discuss this.

My technician Ryan was amazing. He texted me first thing in the morning confirming the appointment and even asked if I needed anything else before he arrived. He came on time, was extremely professional and CLEAN! I hate when I have someone install something and they leave a mess. Not Ryan, he made sure everything was perfect before he left. He did a wonderful job installing and mounting my TV and even made sure my Roku account and all the other apps were signed in and connected to my wifi. He went above and beyond and I am extremely satisfied. I look forward to having him back for my next project.
