I am completely happy with my first Total Tech experience. The consultant, Charlie Uyeda visited our home in anticipation of our remodel. Based on our needs, and the home layout, he was able to provide information that we needed to make the best decision. We are completely happy with the Sony Mini LED purchase and installation. We look forward to having Charlie as a part of our 'remodel team', seeing the completion of our remodel with new replacement of additional security devices and TV, computer, printer networks.

Geek squad members did an amazing job with TV mount and installation. They took care of lingering wires as well and helped to keep installation clean and neat.

The 2 ladies were professional and did a very good job at removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. They set the TV up the way we wanted and cleaned everything up before they left the house.

The Geek Squad agents that installed my new TV were fast, friendly, and very clean. They asked for my input on the TV height and gave their own opinions on how they like their personnel TVs installed, which I thought was helpful. They made sure I understood how to use the TV and offered to be of assistance if any future issues were to arise. Great install!

Geek Squad was excellent once again. The job was a pretty simple articulating TV bracket installation, but it needed to be affixed to a decorative brick fireplace. I called as I was too busy at work to get the work done before an important event at our home, and they were able to schedule us quickly. The communications, work, and clean-up after the job was completed were all very professional.

These guys were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to help and answer questions during setup. Will recommend to everyone I know. Couldn’t be more happier with the results.

The Geek Squad mounted 65 inch TV to the wall quickly and carefully, wearing masks to prevent spread of COVID-19. Also compiled info for easy reference and helped with storing box in the garage.

Rashad and his associate mounted my tv and neatly organized the TV wiring behind the tv. They were able to set everything up in less than 45 mins. Would recommend their service.

My Geek Squad service was amazing! I had the pleasure of having Dorian and crew as my Geek Squad Experts. They called me when they were headed to my house. They arrived earlier than I expected - they wore face masks and shoe covers - they were courteous - careful - and efficient. I received great customer service and was also empowered with knowledge because they answered all of my questions (and I had A LOT). I am so happy that I chose to purchase the mounting service. The mount seems to allow us a better view of the TV from all angles within the room. The TV - the service accessories...........everything is great! I am so happy about my purchase.

Was glad I opted to pay for mounting vs doing myself -they were very careful with tv and my wall -pointing out tips and recommendations was an added bonus- so much better than ordering off of Amazon or online retailer -worth having the expertise. Also worth mentioning it was performed faster I could have done it myself.
