The installers were professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and quickly had the TV unpacked and mounted. They cleaned up after themselves and followed all Covid protocols.

The service technician did an excellent job in mounting the HDTV to the wall, taking my requirements into consideration. He thoroughly explained how to access the cable stations and the streaming sites. He did an excellent job in clearing out all the packaging materials and the old HDTV.

They were friendly and courteous. Three TV was installed quickly and the old TV was taken away. The only problem was that the next day we realized that they had left the remote for the old TV and taken the remotefor the TV small TV we were using when to old one stopped working. The Best Buy store gave us a universal remote with no questions.

The 2 Geek Squad techs were amazing. They were friendly and professional. They got to work right away and then made sure everything was perfect and working. They had to mount an LG G2 to a stand mount and did it within minutes. They even made sure it was level and sturdy. They also made sure everything was working before they left. They even hauled away all the boxes and trash. Great techs and great service.

The two Shawn’s that came out were excellent! Very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and professional! Really knew their “stuff!” I tried to tip them they were so awesome and they absolutely refused- saying it was their pleasure to help us, and they were compensated well by their company! What nice guys and a great installation experience!

Having Best Buy deliver and install our 85 inch TV was the best decision we made. I will use them for all purchases in the future. Professional, on time, knowledgeable, clean and informative.

I gave four stars because I don't think the cost was a little high for the amount of work done. They did a good job of mounting the TV. One of the speakers is a little off on alignment but I think I can correct it. I think the cost should be $50 cheaper.

Geek Squad sent 3 people to install 2 TVs. They were very professional and offered great recommendations for soundbars and lights that would go with the TVs.

Fast and easy ordering. Geek squad came on time. Very professional and knowledgeable- they were patient snd very user friendly. I’m vey OCD and they centered the set perfectly and it’s at the perfect viewing height. They tested everything to make sure the set up was done right. No more unsightly wires - everything tucked away and barely noticeable. Competitive pricing. Would definitely recommend.

the two gentleman that showed up were courteous as well as very determined to make sure my TV (85 inch) was secured the best it could be for drywall. There was no way I could have done that alone. They originally had the mount mounted with screws but after they decided to change to anchors. I am extremely happy with their quality.
