Excellent service. These guys were knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure I was happy. They cleaned up and left no mess.

Well, the 1st team were nice guys but they failed to properly secure the TV to the preexisting wall brace. It should have been easy! The TV fell forward and down about an inch a few hours after the 1st team left. Trying to get help over the phone or online was “the worst experience”!!! Best Buy must correct their terrible phone system and l wasted my time trying to work with the online tech located somewhere in another country! She was nice but it doesn’t work! I had to wait until the next morning to go into the store and talk to a manager. She was the right person to get the 2nd Geek team to the house for the correct installation and have the TV back up and properly installed. Luckily no one got hurt!

I had Geek Squad hand 3 55” TVs. They were efficient and asked all the right questions to deliver exactly what I need. The TVs look great and the wall mounts function just the way I wanted.

The Technician arrived on time. Mounted my T.V. Quickly. Connected it to all my devices and my universal remote. He made sure I understood how to work everything and even gave me suggestions on how to dispose of my old T.V. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Outstanding service! They arrived on time and stayed long enough to make sure everything was working. I called them back to tweak an adjustment on my sound system and they were prompt and courteous. Shane is an exceptional Tech, both his knowledge and his personality.

This service was great! I didn't expect them to bring a folding table but it was needed for a 100" tv. The installers were terrific and very helpful in deciding which mount, I purchaed 2, to use. Thank you for this service being included in the gigantic tv.

I originally had some trepidation's with the Geek Squad installation having dealt with them about 15 years ago and had a bad experience. However, this experience was wonderful. Great communication, excellent workmanship and a good knowledge of the unit they were installing. The one small item was that they were limited in time. My understanding is that if the Geek Squad is not available, you will get a 3rd party and that could be problematic.

TV and sound bar was installed perfectly and the technicians were friendly and professional.

I had Geek Squad install 85 inch Samsung TV on wall, and full home theater set up with Deftec speakers including 4 Atmos. Kris and his partner came in and got things right. They were very friendly, extremely patient and knew exactly what they were doing. They were able to answer all the questions. They took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and it worked. They also make some excellent suggestions to get improved overall experience. They also cleaned up extremely well before leaving. This was very impressive. I highly recommend and trust Geek Squad for anyone requiring home video install

Thanks to your folks to a job mostly well done. I am still awaiting delivery and installation of the remote control base station, but that they had nothing to do with that non-availability on a part that was ordered and paid for on October (two months and it still is not in). Could've used a bit more of a tutorial and how all of this works. I am not getting surround sound on some videos and audio, so might need further assistance.

Great service from the guys who came out I would recommend this service to all Who have any back problems these guys hosted the TV up on the wall with no problem it's a little pricey but if you can afford it well worth it

The agents did a meticulous job mounting my new TV. It was difficult because they needed to relocate the existing mount so as not to block my sliding glass windows. They routed all the wires very cleanly and professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. I am completely satisfied.

The folks installed a new tv and moved and installed another, all with sound bars. The work was done in a satisfactory manner, but the attention to aesthetics was a little lacking. Also, make sure you are getting the "Geek Squad", I thought I was and it turned out these folks were sub-contractors. Make sure you have all the cables you need too! The installation would have not been as good as it is had I not had a spare (long!) HDMI cable. The vendor insisted on using a cable wall mounting kit. The kit works well, but the hole it needs is HUGE! I have had other installations with much smaller holes in the wall. Having said all this, the young man (they only sent one guy, when the job called for two) did a great job setting up all the remotes and making sure everything was working properly. Overall a C+, B- effort.

They came, mounted the tv, sold me a spare cable, and it looks great. There were a couple gotchas though. First, the cables. It's best to buy all the cables you need ahead of time. I needed 1 12 foot HDMI, it was $55. Since they were running it though the wall, I took the hit. Second, they said to run power through the wall, since I didn't have an outlet behind the tv, they needed to use a kit. It was an extra $85. Since I wasn't made aware of this, the sales guys at Best Buy covered the $85. Just be aware if you don't have an outlet up high, you'll need the kit. I'm happy with how the sales people handled it, and pleased with the install.

The agents who came out to mount TV were very professional. Did a great job with he install. They even helped me move the furniture that the old TV sat on to another location in the house.

I have a 65in LG CurvedScreen Tv. Darrell and his crew did a fabulous job mounting the tv,soundbar and cable box. All you see is the tv. Very professional and neat

The geek squad removed the existing tv moved it to another room; installed the new LG TV and disposed of it. They setup both tv’s Everything was completed efficiently. I highly recommend the geek squad.

The installer was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He also came a little earlier than my scheduled appointment.
