The team installed the TV—mounting it on the wall efficiently and quickly. They were extremely helpful in showing us how things were hooked up and how to troubleshoot any potential issues (there have been none!). Overall worth the price and no stress and would do it again.

Geek Squad is the best at Best Buy. Professional and Instructional. I had Kennan Conner whom took his time and patience with me as I'm not a geek but I'm learning. Kennan did a wonderful job. I usually pick up after workers installing items but I the installation was complete it was instruction time. Very informative as to teaching me how it works and as I keep playing with it I learn more. I can't thank you enough for making my day installing my new TV. Thank you so so much.

They were very precise in showing me where the tv would be on the wall by placing temporary tape showing where it would be and had me choose how high or low to mount it. They had good input to help me decide. I had purchased the wall mount and surge suppressor to match my walls and everything went together beautifully. They helped set up the Google TV part of the tv, which was great as that part is all new to me. When finished they hauled out all of the packaging and cleaned up. It was great.

We had Geek Squad install our TV and a new soundbar. Louis and Jeremy arrived on time and set to work. They both put on booties to protect the carpet and wore masks to protect from Covid. They worked quietly and quickly and got everything installed. It was a professional installation, with everything working as expected. They showed me how to operate the soundbar and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond by helping us with another TV mount. We will definitely contact Geek Squad for any installation needs in the future. I would ask for Jenny and Louis again as well.

The two men who installed my TV were friendly, professional, and quick. They obviously knew what they were doing and had everything they needed with them.

The Geek Squad Agents arrived on time, went right to work and mounted my large screen television on the wall. It's nice when you hire people like these young men, who actually know how to do their job and do it well. I was impressed with the speed in which they got this done. They mounted the TV right where I had asked them to, but not being quite moved in with my furniture I wish that I had marked the spot one foot to the right--that's on me. The one thing they didn't do was mount the sound bar, and I didn't notice that until they left, but they're schedule to come back and do that.

Great job and very friendly! Very hardworking and knowledgeable. They were conscientious about cleaning up their mess.

Geek squad surveyed our request in person. Our job wasn't easy as it involved penetrating tile wall. A risk of fracturing beyond the installation point was high given the tools, the weight of what would be hung up (a 65" tv mount + the unit iteself). After thorough consultation, the crew precisely conducted the install. It was done as perfectly as can be. The work has held up through July 2020 and zero problems have been experienced. This crew exercised the highest care. They know their job and execute it with the best of them. I recommend Geek Squad for home installation of your purchased items from Best Buy.

Rich and Sebastian provided excellent service; including going back to the store to pick up another TV when we found out the screen on the first one they brought out was cracked. They took down the old TV, installed the new TV and ran through how the menu sytem worked for this TV.

This was my first experience with the geek squad but it will not be my last! They showed up on time and did a great job. They were very helpful and knowledgeable as well as respectful to our home.

The intent was to have my existing TV and TV mount installed in a way that would have no wires showing. The product they sold me and the accompanying installation were perfect. Looks totally built-in.

The agents quickly mounted my TV to the wall. The wall it was installed on has some idiosyncrasies but they were able to work around them.

Geek Squad came out and mounted our new tv. I suppose it wouldn’t be impossible to mount and set up a 75” tv yourself. The real issue is getting it to the house. Several times I’ve been at Best Buy and have seen someone trying to cram a big screen into their personal vehicle. They brought it in, set it up and took all the packing materials with them. They were very professional and fast. Answered all my questions and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I highly recommend utilizing this service and like with most delivery services...don’t forget to tip.

Premium TV Mounting (TV Connect and Setup Included) made the whole installation a breeze. The Geek Squad tech was prompt, courteous, Cleaned up after himself and removed the old CRT tv and made things great.

The agents set up the wall mount and 75 inch TV . and the sound bar . they set up all of our gaming , Netflix ,Disney plus and Amazon movies. and showed us how to get to and work everything on the TV. they were very professional.
