I was skeptical about using geek squad, but my experience was very smooth at least. My agent mounted easily and installed fast. Might be a bit pricey, but was worth it. I would recommend still.

Second time we used the service and had friendly gentleman come do they exchanged the tvs very quickly in and out in about 45 minutes the update to the tv took the longest time but stayed to make sure everything worked

Awesome set up after horrible delivery experience. The delivery team did a no -show 2 weekends in a row. I retuned all of the accessories to the store to cancel tne order. The manager, Lily, Jessica S. ( my salesperson) and the installers ( Ramon and Khalik) turned the whole situation around and saved this sale. No one should have to cancel the order to get the item delivered. There is a lot left to be desired with delivery. It ended well due to the team I mentioned earlier. The Geek Squad installer did an excellent and neat job installing my 55” TV set. Everything plumb, level, and centered. He answered my questions and asked me questions.

Absolutely first rate 5 star. They were great, informative, careful, took the time to explain things and set things up for me. Ron and the other gentleman (whose name escapes me at the moment), did a wonderful job and they were on time!

Ben is a very professional, prompt and polite. On both service installations, he has done a great job and always cleans up before leaving the service area. Thanks Geek Squad!

The Geek Squad installers were fabulous. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We bought a 65” TV and had it delivered. We also had an old and extremely heavy 50” TV that had to be taken off of its mount so the 65” could be mounted. The 2 Geek Squad guys were great in completing all tasks. There were no complaints. They were also very thorough in showing us how to use our new TV. It was a pleasant and fairly quick experience. Geek Squad was magnificent.

I thought the guys did a great job on installation, cleanup, etc. my only reason for not giving a five star is I waited a long time for them to get there they were late and I think Best Buy could do a better job of targeting a start time, when you make a reservation, they don’t even tell you whether it’s gonna be morning or afternoon until like the day before which doesn’t give you much time to plan for anything

The Geek Squad did a professional and excellent job mounting my 70 inch tv. They were quick and even vacuumed after. Above and beyond.

Zach and Andrew came and mounted our 75" TV above the fireplace on a tilt wall mount. They were friendly and very knowledgable. They got right to work and finished the job quickly. I was confident in their abilities and enjoyed chatting with them as they worked.

The team was very professional and friendly. They drilled through a tiled wall to install the mount for the TV and cleaned up the dust afterwards. Will use again.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting my 75-in Sony TV weighing 95 lb onto the wall. The technicians were very thorough and ensured that everything was to my liking when they were mounting it. Once the TV was mounted, the technician went through the setup process with me and made sure I was comfortable using the TV before he left. Geek Squad did much better than I expected and I would definitely recommend them for TV installation.

Our installers were excellent. They explained every step and outlined what our choices would do to enhance or restrict our enjoyment of the TV. They made sure we could actually use the remotes and understood what they could do. I couldn't give Marco and Ethan enough commendations they did a great job and were pleasant to have in the house.

Team is very professional. They make mounting a TV look easy. I learned a lot just watching them. They didn’t cut any corners. They were very meticulous
