The team came in, determined exactly what we wanted, and performed the task to perfection. they were attentive, courteous, and very professional.

The guys came out right on rime with professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of rhe items I purchased. They were willing ro assist with anything needed to complete the job. When they were done they cleaned and disposed of empty boxes from my home. After all that I was given a tutorial along with the setup and was given access to call at anytime if I had questions or needed assistance. Great job!

They answered all my questions and showed a genuine respect for my house. No mess was left and it looks fabulous. The original mount I purchased did not work so they found me one that would work better so I could order it and reschedule the appointment. Everything worked on the return appointment. We are very pleased with the new tv and the new mounting system.

The agents did a superb job of setting me up and explaining what they were doing and how to use the system. There was some difficulty in setting up the appointment--the first date the guy didn't show and I couldn't get the appointment rescheduled until I went to the store and threw myself on the mercy of the Geek squad guy there.
