My Samsung TV came with free mounting service. I got a 75 inch TV, So it was very nice to have this service with such a big TV. Definitely pleased with the placement on the wall.

The Geek Squad team that removed my recently installed 77” LG G3 and remounted it with a new Sanus mount on 11/2/23 did a great job! I had some very real concerns about the TV, which was much heavier than my last one, being mounted on my wall without being attached to the studs, which, based on previous installations, I did not think was possible. Austin and John not only took the time to patiently listened to my concerns but then acted on them to be innovative in their placement of the mount in a tight spot and did actually find a way to anchor it into the studs. They also did some extra work to sure up the wall by filling previous holes made by previous mounts with bolts. I now can watch my TV without any fear whatsoever of it eventually falling off my wall! Beyond this, they were efficient with notifying me about their arrival and did clean, careful and exact work while here. I couldn’t be happier with the installation, and really appreciate them doing a great job in an era where service providers are often not performing at that level, in my experience anyway.

The Agents were very professional. They were very knowledgeable and they mounted my television without incident. They kept the area clean while they worked.

The two agents were friendly and considerate. They removed our old tv, mounted the new one and set it all up. They even provided some suggestions on types of speakers which would work well for our living arrangements.

The 2 Geek Squad members who came to my home to set-up my new TV were very knowledgeable and very pleasant. They were also very accommodating, including changing the placement of the surge protector, after everything had already been plugged-in, in order to allow me to be able to plug-in additional items in the future.

The agent not only made quick work of mounting and setting up my TV - he also saved me money. My old (heavy) LCD TV was on a wall mount that sagged (came with our new house). I purchased a replacement TV and wall mount. Once the old TV was off the mount, the agent pointed out that one part of the existing mount was upside-down. Quick fix - and no need for the new mount!

Geek Squad techs installed my new TV, and I highly recommend this service. They were on-time and fast and efficient, especially when I needed this big TV hoisted above the fireplace mantle and mounted on the wall. Before leaving, they made a point of showing me some of its best features. They went to an app showing 4K video and another app playing Dolby Atmos sound, and I was blown away.

They arrived on time and were very efficient with the installation and patient with me, taking time to explain how the tv worked before they left

They did a grear job and cane early.and was friendly and respectful of my belongings.and had a good converstion about electronics beacuse im experienced in that area also.and i got a discount from bestbuy instead of $250 i paid $100 for delivery and mounting/hookup.

Excelent, look picture and art work feature.. The size is perfect for our wall. The Geek squad slim wall Mount was absolutely perfect. The two guys were on time, experienced and effient. The whole process fro buying it at the store to enjoying the tv in our home was seamless! Thank you Best Buy!

I recently bought a 65" TV and wall mount, which was expertly mounted by the Geek Squad. They made sure that I was 100% happy with the location and position of the TV, and made sure it was perfectly level. They made sure I knew how everything works before they left. Sure, I could mount my own TV, but it was nice to have time to work on some other things while the Geek Squad took care of it.

He did an efficient and throughly professional job.

They both were awesome !! They were thorough and made sure that the measurements of the TV mount, and, the TV itself were well centered on the wall, and that my eye was “perfectly centered “ for viewing the TV for watching programs. Both were polite and professional gentleman They cleaned everything up before they left, and, answered any questions I had. Wonderful guys ! Worked efficiently and knew what they were doing.

Guys did a great job. Fast. took the old TV. I should have asked them to show me more about how to work it since my old TVs were not smart. they did show me the basic and showed me how to get it working. I certainly did not want to take my 80 pound tv off the wall and then mount this one.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recomend them !!!
