The guys who came out, you could tell one was the lead and another junior, were very down to business upon arrival. I had pre-mounted my Soundbar to show where the tv would go. By the end of the install they gave me a couple tips on my TV connections, had it mounted just as asked, and cleaned up the packing. Nothing left for me to do but enjoy my new TV

Geek Squad service was great! They called before arrival and showed up on time. When our existing TV mount didn't work with the TV we purchased, one of the agents went back to the store and got one that did. We did not have to reschedule; everything was completed as scheduled!

The agents mounted the TV, set everything up, cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for more. Very professional. They took pride in their work, and it showed

Bought my TV on Saturday and it was installed on Monday. They even came earlier than the appointment time. I already had a wall mount but the TV wasn't compatible with it. The installer had one on his truck that I was able to purchase. Appreciated that I didn't have to go back to the store to purchase one and delay the installation. The installer was polite, very informative and considerate of the area where the TV was installed. He even cleaned up the floor below the area where he installed the TV. Purchasing of the Geek squad service is well worth the price.

The team that showed up to install the tv were very professional and knew what they were doing. They had it installed a lot quicker than I expected. They were very knowledgeable about the tv and were able to answer any questions we had. They also helped get all of our services setup and working before they left.

Geek Squad have been an on-team when I need help with my computer or printer, or TV, they are Johnny on the spot, I do not know what I would do with-out them, Thanks Guys and keep up the good work!!!

The technician was quite pleasant to work with and walked me through the early steps on using our new 48" LG TV. So glad we opted for in-house installation that would have taken hours for me to fumble through. Well worth the expense! We also had to upgrade our cable box to align with the new TV

Our agent Joshua did a fantastic job setting up my mothers new tv and stand. He explained how to operate the new tv and remote in a manner that was easily understood, making sure to give us his information, and if we had any any questions to contact him. He also made sure the area was organized and clean. All the cords were bundled and garbage was hauled away.

The guys re-mounted the TV lower, which was where we wanted it. All wires were run through the walls so it looks professionally installed.

These guys were quick,and on point with set up and cleaned up afterwards.

The Geek Squad was amazing. Perfect installation and setup along with easy to understand and helpful instruction. Our purchase experience via phone was outstanding and delivery was made in time to enjoy a new 65 in. screen for the Super Bowl! Kudos to all at Best Buy.

The two guys that installed my 85 in. Television were great. They were careful, professional, knowlegable about the products and did a great job. They installed the wall hanger, the wires in the wall, the tv, the sound bar, and the setup.

They arrived to set up and mount my new TV on time as promised, after initially committing to a general time frame. As that time approached, they contacted via phone, text and email to confirm an exact time. It totally pays to be TotalTech member subscriber as that price more than pays for itself if one was to purchase the purchase separately each time when needed.

The install techs took great pride in their work. They moved large, multiple televisions from different rooms, installed wall brackets. The wires and cables were neatly dressed. It was a big job. Assembled a tv console cabinet. They worked quietly and efficiently. Presented very professionally. I highly recommend. Job well done. I’m very pleased.
