Scott from the Geek Squad was fantastic! He was installing two TVs for my 90 year-old parents and was very considerate of the noise and mess that was created. He even offered to help us move some furniture for them... very professional, considerate, and accomodating. Ask for Scott!

Extremely professional and efficient, easy and not a pain

The service man sent to set up the tv was extremely efficient and knowledgeable. My only minor complaint was it really needed two people to set up the tv as i had to help him attach it to the wall. Regardless, I have no hesitation recommending the BestBuy servive to set up a tv.

Best Buy delivered and mounted my new Samsung OLED tv. The 2 people that did the mounting did a great job & were very efficient and courteous.

The first time they came, one installation went great. the other had a problem that was not their fault, so they had to come back. But they set up the needed upgrade purchase and the second installation went fine.

This was a replacement of a similar sized TV which was already mounted and connected to my AV system. The agents were able to quickly add the mounting hardware to the new TV and mount it, work with me to figure out how to adapt the connections to the existing AV receiver and video components, get me through an initial setup, and give me some pointers on using the apps. The agents were courteous and competent and efficient, and respectful of COVID-19 masking.

My install was absolutely great. The techs were friendly. They were respectful of my new home. They were fast, efficient and informative! Made sure the tv was delivered within the time frame provided, communicated with us during the entire process, made sure everything was working, provided suggestions, and cleaned up afterwards. It was my first home service from geek squad and I’ll be using them again

Josh and Noah were awesome! They were very professional with the install and did such a great job! They also even mounted our Dtv box to the back of the tv. They also zip tied the wires to make it look presentable. Got our remotes working. Set up some settings on our TV and even cleaned our screen. Plus they were super friendly and you can tell they really take pride in their work! We couldn't be happier!

We can not say enough about our experience with Michaeljuan -- he and his colleague were kind, professional and very patient. They installed two televisions for us and did an excellent job!

I requested that Geek Squad members, rather than contractors, be provided for the service, and he was absolutely terrific. Prior tech services had messed up the surround sound and speakers, and the Geek Squad not only set up the new TV, but made sure that all of the peripherals were working properly. They also showed me how to operate the various controls so I'd be comfortable with the set-up. The technician was professional, patient, communicated clearly, and knew his stuff!

The Geek Squad was great! I even had them mount my TV at one level and after the wife saw it and disapproved, I ran out and got them before they left. They came back in and RE-MOUNTED it without showing the least bit of annoyance. Oh, and my TV is still on the wall so that's a plus. solid work.

The agents mounted the TV and set up the programming and explained all the buttons on our remote and how to use them . Both men were very knowledgeable and took their time to answer all our questions. They centered the TV on the wall perfect. Great experience working with them

First the crew that arrived was terrific. I’d give them a 5plus. I dropped the rating because Best Buy’s communications of their arrival time was beyond awful. They were late but no updates were provided or apparently even possible. Some time after the installation occurred I got a reminder of the original scheduled time. Great setup experience. Terrible terrible communication
