The Geek Squad mounted my 65" TV. They were able to come out early (whited helped me out) and did an outstanding job. Installation and set up went smooth. They also ensured the mess cleaned up and hauled all the trash/boxes away.

The agents were quick, efficient and easy to get along with. They did a great job installing the full motion TV apparatus. Polite and quick with the installation.

Very experienced agents. They came in put everything up with ease.

Easy install. Matched up to the wall studs. Can pull it out, turn it and watch from the kitchen. Have to manipulate a little when pushing it back into place.

These guys are the best. Always come in , get the work done with no issues. In my old house other installers start making excuses why this may be a challenging install, but the geek squad just gets the work done and does it well!

Collin was very quick and methodical when hanging our 5 TV's. He took great care in making sure they were hung were we wanted them.

The Best Buy installation team did an awesome job installing my Sony Tv. They were efficient, did a high quality install and clean ed up all the residue neatly. The team also had a great and friendly demeanor. Would be happy to work with them again.

The installation team came to the office when I was not there. They did not approve of the location of the outlet and left without installing the TV and mount rather than trying to find a solution. They did not charge us for a return visit. When they came back, they installed the mount and stripped the bolts. I called them back and they promptly returned to change the bolts. I understand installation must be done specifically to maintain warranties and I do not fault them for refusing to install the mount initially. While I was upset they would leave us with stripped bolts they more than made up for it with their professionalism and courtesy.

Jose hooked up all the devices after mounting the TV. Very knowledgeable.

The gentleman (Mike and James - I'm a Disney fan, so i remembered them because of the main characters from Monsters, Inc.) that delivered and installed my tv were awesome! They even "recycle" the box it came in. Best Buy: Please do better about adding on additional fees and supplies - maybe let the customer know what they'll need in advance?

The agents did an outstanding mounting my Samsung TV, connecting it to my existing equipment, i.e. sound system and DVD player and internet. They also instructed me on the use of the remote and gaining access to my apps on the TV. Great job Geek Squad.

Geek Squad recently mounted a 65' Sony X900H for me, along with a Vizio 5.1 channel soundbar. They were done in about an hour and did a very professional job. We confirmed expectations upfront and I was asked a couple additional questions later to confirm my preferences and before you know it, the TV and soundbar were mounted, the wires were hidden and they were gone. My first Geek Squad in-home experience and I'd definitely use them again. About as smooth an experience as one could hope for.

The Geek Squad personnel who came home to fix the TV and the Sound System were the best. They were so friendly, patient, and even provided suggestions/recommendations on TV positioning, sound system location, etc. The work they did was perfect.
