Great mount, and excellent job by the Geek Squad to install.

I had already sent a commendation letter to our local Best Buy on the service provided by the Geek Squad in installing my huge TV on my existing bracket. They hooked up my TV helped me install my apps and I was up and running in no time. Thanks to my huge TV purchase, they also hauled away my old overly huge TV!!!

Geek squad was efficient neat quick and made sure all was working properly before they departed. Highly recommend using geek squad

Fantastic service! Michael and Jen phoned to let me know they were near, and they arrived on time. They showed appropriate respect by wearing masks and shoe coverings. They explained all of the work as it progressed, and went above and beyond expectations by finding some screws for my old TV stand so the old one had a stable home. Really enjoyed talking with them. There presence and work is what one hopes for in their home or in stores.

Its clear and perfect for the area where its being viewed. Great joice!!!!

The team did a great job with the installation. We’re very happy and are enjoying the new set up. Such a difference having our TV mounted on the wall, as the poor credenza was starting to sag in the middle from the weight of the TV. It’s a relief to have it mounted properly and we so appreciate that we didn’t have to try to do it ourselves..

I love how much more efficient the Geek guys are at setting up and optimizing my TV. Moved the Motion arm down on wall because the TV was too tall for the space compared to my old TV. Now if fits perfectly and ready to go. I would still be searching for drills and figuring out connectors! I will mention to get the "real" Geek guys and not a subcontractor because I haven't been as happy with some of the subcontractor's work--volume still not working through remote on TV in another room.

Phil and his partner phoned ahead to let me know they are on their way. They are so courteous and professional. They went way beyond what they came to do and showed me how to set the sleep timer on the remote (I didn't know I could do that before) and tried to find the Apple TV on the Sony TV I had bought in 2019. They asked if there is anything else they could do before they left. What service! They cleaned up and took the empty tv box with them too. They are just so super sweet!

The guy who came to install ours was very professional. He did a great job installing, was very clean work.

The agent mounting my tv to the wall did it so easily and quickly. I had had a very frustrating in store experience, only to come home and open the box to a cracked tv. I was losing my faith until the gentleman installed my tv. He was kind, professional and efficient.

The Best Buy squad that came into our home to install and mount our TV was great. They were professional and clean and picked everything up when done. They even hooked up our remote and showed us how to use everything. They were very professional and fast!

I have used them 3 times now and the service has just gotten better and better. All 3 sets of employees that delivered my items were professional, fast and they set up my products and answered all my questions without hesitation. They cleaned up after themselves- no mess left behind. They showed up on time! No delays!

They reviewed the area in question, checked for plumbing, set owners wall mount and mounted tv in a efficient and effective manner.

The gentlemen that mounted the TV in my bedroom did a great job. They were very polite and took the time to make sure I understood how to operate everything. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that one of the three guys didn’t wear booties and I am a strong believer of no shoes in the house. Another guy also took the time to straighten out the TV that was previously mounted in my living room because it was crooked. He also zip tied all the wires up to give it a neater appearance without me ever asking, which was extremely nice of him.

Team did an exceptional job installing my TV. They ran into some unexpected studs when drilling the in-wall connection and resolved it to my satisfaction. The team was an outside company that are employeed when the Geek Squad is not available. Very happy with their work and would use again.

At first I was reluctant to pay $199 to have the television mounted when I could have friends do it at a fraction of the cost, I relented and I'm so glad that I did. Best Buy gave me a window when the installer would arrive and the day of they notified me multiple times of the exact time which was precise. Once he arrived, he was professional and had the television mounted and programmed in 40 minutes. He showed me how everything worked, cleaned up and left.

The wall mount is great. This particular one was a recommendation from Geek squad that came to install the tv. Does tilt slightly but not a lot. Which is fine as we don’t have a use for extreme tilting. Geek squad did a great job mounting fast and efficiently with perfectly precise measurements! Was well worth the money as this job would of taken my husband hours. But don’t tell him I said that lol
