Excellent picture. Installation was great. Geek squad was great

Geek Squad agents successfully mounted my new 75 inch Sony tv, along with my existing sound bar. They then took the time to reinstall all of my streaming services, which they didn't need to do. Very much appreciated. Overall a good experience.

The service staff were fantastic and did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and had our TV up quickly. They were clean and efficient.

I was very glad I had the Geek Squad install my TV. It turns out the finished basement in the house we recently moved into did not have standard 2x4 construction, but 1x2. So to get a secure mount it was necessary to drill into the masonry behind the wall. This is beyond my expertise and I’m very glad I opted for the professional install. The technician was very experienced and did a great job. Understandably there was a surcharge for the masonry installation.

Agents were great, did a good job in good time. Presented well and we're knowledgeable about the product. No complaints.

The Geek Squad delivered and installed our living room Roku TV. Mounted and connected while saving me the headache. You get what you pay for, and in this instance, worth every penny. I can turn a ten minute job into eight hours, so I'm the guy who needs the Geeks. If you like doing this, be my guest and DIY. Meanwhile, I'll be doing the things I like to do while you struggle with mounts and clumsy angles.

My daughter is a student at the university of Florida, two hours from Tampa. She wanted her tv hung on the wall in her apartment but had no idea how. We were going to drive there and install for her and after thinking about — buy the right drill bits, gas to get there, lug the stuff up to her apartment, lunch and dinner for her and her friends, loading her up with groceries— it was by far cheaper and faster to send Best Buy to do the job professionally. They were able to accommodate her next day and in the time slot she needed. They were in and out and she’s happy!

The Geek Squad Did an excellent job on my big screen TV install. The 2 GS Representatives notified me in advance of them arriving. They were appropriate PPE & protective gear (booties) When entering the house & installing the TV. Both representatives were courteous and well-informed as to both the TV and all aspects of the installation. They won’t be on the required services to answer all my questions some of which involved connecting to My cable service etc. I would recommend them

The service agent arrived on time. He removed the older now defunct TV. He was able to mount and install the new TV on our existing fireplace mount. He was even able to make some minor adjustments to our mount so the TV was perfect positioned to our liking. He made sure our internet and streaming services were connect. All this done in under an hour!

Our agent worked in a focused manner, answered questions without hesitation thoroughly and clearly. TV and mount work flawlessly. Great job

The two agents that mounted my TV's were timely, communicative and efficient. I am very pleased with their work, and for two tv's they were done in under an hour.

They get full marks for this installation, not least because I inadvertently lied to them about what they would be facing. I told them they would be mounting the bracket on wallboard, when in fact what I had was lathe and plaster. Turned out that the job was still doable, just much more difficult. The installer just kept moving forward. He even trashed one of his drill bits, but eventually, he got it mounted, and even hung his body from it. That sucker is not going anywhere.

The Geek Squad agents knew exactly what they were doing. They installed our TV quickly and right the first time. Then their instruction was fantastic. Simple easy to understand instruction and we knew how to control our new TV.

The geek squad agents were both very polite and professional. They called me ahead of time before coming and reassured me that they are coming in with protective measures. When they arrived, they delivered my tv and had it mounted to the wall in a short amount of time. They also helped me set up the tv and everything. After finishing, they took away the tv box and trash for me. Oh, they even helped me move my old tv to a room with free of charge. Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

The agent mounted my TV without any issues and connected all my devices. He offered to take my old tv for disposal and I was more than happy to let him.

The guys that came to the house were timely, respectful, and thorough. They provided advice and made sure everything was good. They even took it down once to ensure my wife was happy! Highly recommend - especially with the sensitivity of TV screens nowadays. They can easily be broken, so it’s best to have experts install it in my opinion.

The agents delivered our new Samsung 65 In TV. A few years ago we downside our cars. Should have kept the SUV. Anyway, The agents called us before arrival. The agents arrived on time. The agents unpacked new unit. The agents removed the old unit and boxed it up. The agents connected the sound system, DVD player and connected the remote on the new unit. WE now have one remote to control all our devices. Oh so nice. Couldn't ask for better service and install.
