The Geek Squad was on time,mounted the TV connected the sound bar and showed me how to use the TV's app to setup. Very pleasant and took out all the boxes.

Install and connected tv and DVD player. Very knowledgeable and informative.

They did an amazing job. The only issue I have is that I spent a lot of money and joined their total tech program. I thought that this would cover everything. Sadly it only covers items that you purchase. I have a TV that I wanted to be mounted. Since I didn't purchase it from Best Buy, they wanted to chage me $200.00. This saddened me.

We have a remote A/V closet, with A/V equipment connected to the TV with HDMI extenders and CAT 6 cable. Our old TV lost the picture, or so we thought. We bought a new TV and Geek Squad installation but experienced the same issue. The Geek Squad rescheduled another installation visit with Michael, the "Double Agent" home theatre specialist. Meanwhile, I purchased new equipment, upgrading the extenders to 4k, ARC capable, and a new receiver, to try and cover all of the bases. It was determined that the A/V receiver video processor was the culprit. The local BB store, the local Geek Squad, and national Geek Squad help line team were professional and diligent to help me solve the problems with my system. So much so that I was worried that they might add additional charges to my install. They did not. They turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a good one.

The agents mounted my TV and connected it to all of my devices. They were very knowledgeable, clean and polite.

Best thing I ever did was to have the Geek Squad set up my TV. They put together the TV stand [for which there were no directions] easily hooked it up to the cable & DVR and went thru all kinds of settings that I didn’t even know existed. Then showed me how to use the new remote control to switch between everything that my smart TV could do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that everyone do this.

These guys were the best. Specifically the two that came and mounted mine. Really top tier guys. Took time to make sure my TV was at the exact right eye level while we talked about anime and silly nonsense. Pretty good experience.

I've been using a desktop for a long time but the monitor takes up a lot of space on my desk so I bought this huge tv to use as a monitor and had it fixed to the wall in front of my desk. I'm getting older and my vision is not the best. Now everything is so clear, I can have a lot of pages open at once and see everything on every page. Youtube videos are so big it feels like they are right here with me. I recommend it.

They mounted the tv and connected it to every other device very quickly and efficiently.

The guys came and mounted the TV and setup speakers with the receiver I had. However, they were unable to integrate the house speaker system into the receiver which was a let down. Other geek squad teams have been more knowledgeable. But otherwise, they did a great job in mounting the TV and setting up the sound system for the TV.

The service was exceptional. They exceeded my expectations. Installation was done in time. Very professional and very clean. Job well done. Thanks

Love my frame,TV. I have a lot of wall art. It just fits right in! Geek squad guy was great. Answered my many questions, didn’t rush, and seemed to really care that I was able to understand how to use my new tv.

Initially, we had some trouble as one of the guys had a medical emergency. However, Best Buy was able to get someone to a home eventually and the guys did great job. Very friendly and professional.

Excellent tv, amazing picture quality, and easy set and use

A day before the installation I received a call from Geek squad confirming my appointment, JD and Gavin came in on time and installed everything professionally, they followed the CDC rules when they entered my house, set up my system the way I wanted, explained everything to me properly and clean all the area that they worked on. I will always call my Geek squad family whenever I need help and they're just there anytime helping me resolving the issue.

We had a very good experience with men that came to install the wall mount for our new smart tv. They were very courteous to us and conscious of keeping our home clean and tidy as they worked. They worked quickly and efficiently but also took the time to go over the things we needed to know and answered all of the questions we had.

What a good team of installers. They put everything in place, set it all up, answered our questions and did so quickly and efficiently.

Great job, highly recommend!!! The guys were very professional and courteous, knew all about the ins and outs of what they were doing.
