The guys were so patient and very respectful. They explain everything about the installation and made some suggestions to have a better view and clean wall for the tv installation.

He set up my new tv quickly and efficiently and connected it to my Wi-Fi. He explained the instructions really well.

The agents were on time, were extremely professional, and completed the entire install with politeness and humor. They reprogrammed my Universal Remote exactly as I liked and were very thorough with explaining to us how everything worked! Great job fellas!

The 2 installers showed up and were very friendly ask where I wanted the TV mounted. Installed with the purchased in wall wire kit purchased. Did a good job checked after installation showed how to work the remote and cleaned up afterwards

Due to an arm injury I am unable to hang the tv myself. So I hired Geek Squad to install it for me. They did a fantastic job. They placed it right where I wanted it, made sure it was level and hooked up my cable box. Highly recommend their services

3rd time a charm, there were issues when I first purchase this tv. The one I have now is the 3rd from my original purchase. The first one was cracked, the second one the picture would freeze. The 3rd after a long delay in scheduling, was the charm . Great tv, the picture is the best and the adjustments are well explain and executed. The LG 55" NANO 90 is one of my best purchases I've made in a long time.

The installation team was on time, explained my options (wall or table mount) enabling me to make that decision. They moved in an efficient manner and removed all packing materials, etc. (Also appreciated: A few of my questions answered regarding the TV itself since that arrived a few days prior to the installation).

We bought the 85” Samsung Tv for our Christmas present this year. Treated ourselves to the geek squad delivery and set up. Talk about enjoying watching someone else doing the work! It was great!! They had to swap out the imput connection because we have it in the wall and this tv needed a longer one. No problem, they had one and went right to fishing it through just like it was suppose to be. We’re happy with their professionalism and work ethics. And they were on time exactly!!

Extremely impressed with Geek Squad service. I feel secure now knowing my tech products are in safe, professional, knowledgeable hands. Before this service, I called my friends for referrals and usually no one knew of anyone. Luckily, I don't have to worry about that anymore. They installed my wall mounted tv in no time and made it easier for me to access my devices. Glad I made the decision to get the service! They do great work!

I was originally scheduled to have a TV installed and mounted with Manada but had an awful time attempting to get the delivery scheduled. Once I was scheduled through Geek Squad, there were no issues. Alfredo came out and had the new TV mounted and hooked up in 20 minutes. A stark contrast to the previous service I had received up to that point.

The agent mounted my TV spoke to me about the different types of TV mounts and ensured that I had the correct one. He walked me through setting up my TV and connecting it to my Roku and my Playstation. Geek Squad is absolutely the best.

The Agents were kind, attentive, knew their stuff and got everything mounted and working quickly. They were massively helpful and I will be using their services again.

Those guys are great. They had mounted our tvs well and walked us through tv features.

I purchased 3 50" Samsung Crystal UHD TVs individually and had 2 of them mounted on separate dates. I'm not entirely sure why, but the installment/mounting teams with Best Buy are always very pessimistic and initially allude to not being able to do the service (same thing happened when I purchased my washer & dryer through Best Buy and a team came to install). Not sure what that's all about but the TVs were mounted very professionally and beautifully and they look great!

These folks sure know how to get a job done and do it right. I would trust the GEEK Squad to do any job and get it done quick. They came to my home installed the wall mount, put up the 85 inch Sony TV, connected to the internet and all my devices in about an hour. What a superb job.

All good for most part . Just fo my application they couldn’t use my Roku mount. They used another mount that cost me another $110 which was disappointing but everything is good and I am enjoying my big Roku tv on the wall . Thanks Geek Squad!

We determined that the wall wasn't strong enough to mount the TV we'd selected and instead chose to build a shelf instead. The Geek guy was helpful and patient, returning to finish the installation after we'd had the shelf made and to troubleshoot a few issues with the cable modem and remote.

Set up was very efficient and helpful. They helped me set up all my apps too
